Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited — FD matured amount not received

My father invested in Golden 24 FD scheme of HUMARA INDIA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED on 31 August 2018 for sum of 45000.00 INR via 2 FDs (one on his name and the other is on my mother's name). Those FDs matured on 31 August 2022. The agent or the regional office is not traceable. The matured amount is of 56448.00 INR. Can you please check this?
