Huskur Gram Panchayat, Bangalore Rural Taluk — Panchayat officer not helping on the complaint lodged to him

I have logged a complaint to him on May 2nd 2014 to close the pit which is filled with water and garbage's dumped. This is helping in breeding mosquitoes. But he is not at all bothered instead gives some or the other reason.
