Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using the metro since 1 month now and I am facing issue with men boarding into women compartments in the red line from Jntu to Ameerpet and vice Versa. I have contacted the customer care, messaged on what’s app but of no use. These men who board in to womens compartments not only are exploiting the two only compartments given but they constantly stare and cause a lot of discomfort.
