Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [HMWSSB] — No water supply from past 14 days

We are residents of Panchami Colony, Yellemma banda, KPHB, Hyderabad. Till Aug-2015 we used to get water once every 4 days but from past 2 months the water was supplied once every 7 days and that too for 30-40 mins. only which is not at all sufficient for any family living in the area. And from last two weeks (14 days) there is no water supply. When we call the person who supplies water (Line man) he says there is no water. But in the adjacent neighborhood (Allwyn Colony) the water is supplied every alternate days. We even tried calling the manager of the Line man but its of no use. We the residents of Panchami colony pay the water bill on time every month but still we are facing this issue. Please inform the respective authorities for resolution of this issue.
