Hype The Gym — I am complaining about hype the gym at sec 23 dwarka

This is regarding hype the gym who has taken annual membership amount from me and has shut down this sec 23 dwarka branch. Earlier Mr Nikesh yadav was responding and now he has stopped even replying. He is enjoying his vacation after taking our hard earned money. He has not given any bills or any invoice. Please provide any solution
