Dear sir,
I am customer of hyundai and i have to share a bitter experience with you, in which your business partner "sunrise autoworld pvt ltd" (Pandav nagar) tried to dupe me while renewing my car policy.
For which even "icici lombard" & also "ms. Anju" from hyundai confirm the unusual delay in transferring premium to icici lombard.
This incidence is one month old but i am writing it to you today because even after admitting that there was a fault of "sunrise autoworld pvt ltd" no serious action has been taken against them.
Most importantly one more such case come to my knowledge, which happened with my colleague, who purchased a hyundai car from "sunrise auto world pvt limited" on my recommendation.
