I Am Complaining About A Stray Dog — Request for Stray dog removal.

There is a dog on my street he always sits next to my house and tries to bite me and my 2 little kids age 6 and 2 everytime we leave the house. This problem is huge and my daughter is scare of going out of house. Please arrange for his removal. It is a cream color dog with little black on his tail.
