Today morning, I was travelling by a Auto - Rickshaw from Vaishnodevi circle to Taj . He agreed for X fare but then as we reached Shilaj he started asking for double fare. He also had no driving skills, he kept stopping between the road. I request you to please look into the matter as not only did I face this issue but lot of people are facing this concern.
