I Am Complaining About Upper Flat Owner Leakage Issue — Complaint letter for Water Leakage and seepage.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My self Kumail Mirza. Residing in ( Flat no. A/104, Krishna Apt, Amrut Nagar, Mumbra, Thane - 400612) There is constant leakage problem from the upper floor flat because of illegal Washroom they have constructed due to which my whole flat ceiling, household items and Building Structure is getting affected, buckets and pots had to be kept to collect the dripping in the Kitchen. During the rains the dripping would increases.
I've requested the upper flat owner many times to repair their illegally constructed washroom but no actions has been taken. They are constantly being rude. We are not getting any resolution from society. We orally also informed to Chairman and Secretary. but still we are not getting any response to our complaint and no action is been taken yet. The upper floor flat owner avoids to repair it.

please note, there is a constant leakage from the kitchen & bed room area which, is been increasing with time, the situation is getting worse day by day. Afraid, the leakage is indeed, deteriorating the structure & reducing the life of the building.

In view of this, Kindly advice how to take up & resolve this issue.
