I have received a speed post cash on delivery article on[protected] from I DOT INFOTECH 34/273 DELHI 110091 by paying cash of Rs 599. I have not applied for any course in I DOT INFOTECH. After opening the cover I came to know that it is registration fees of Rs599. None of the course suits me. Please help me to get my amount of Rs599 which I have paid to receive the letter.
