Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Ankur Verma, a student of Class 11-B (PCM stream) at GBSSS GOKULPUR VILLAGE school, with Student ID [protected], I am writing to humbly request your kind consideration for awarding grace marks in my Class 11 Computer Science examination. The results, declared on 29th March 2025, indicate that I have compartments in Mathematics (18/70) and Computer Science (22/70) In Theory.
As per CBSE’s passing criteria, a minimum of 23 marks is required in Computer Science, and I have fallen short by just 1 mark. I approached my school authorities for assistance, but they informed me that the decision to award grace marks lies with the CBSE.
I sincerely request you to kindly grant me 1 grace mark in Computer Science to enable me to pass the subject. This would allow me to focus on clearing the Mathematics compartment exam and save my academic year. The current situation has caused me significant distress, and I am committed to ensuring such a shortfall does not occur again.
