I had opened a salary account in 22 February 2022, my account has been frozen because when welcome kit arrived at my home, that time I was not at home, so welcome kit returned, that why my account has been frozen.
Then I went to branch office and Miss Nikita again generated welcome kit...it's 60-70 days now but still I haven't received any kit yet...I'm waiting last 60-70 days.

I am afraid that the account will be closed due to KYC completion.

I'm requesting you to please send my welcome kit.
