I Process — pf and full & final settlement

This is amruta vijay bramhane, i worked as a seles officer in personal loan i process (India) pvt ltd in icici bank, mumbai thane, i submitted my all documents (Resignation, id card) to i process branch office at mumbai, chakala (Jebi nager) i. E. On 5 march 2017, but still i am not received my relieving letter, pf & final settlement. Kindly i requested you to please provide the relieving letter, pf & final settlement, if am i not get the relieving letter at this month end i will lose my job, please help me as soon as possible.
