Dear Laxman Prasad(C64637),
We write in reference to your PF withdrawal Form which you have submitted to us for processing & onward submission to PF office for their further actionable on your PF withdrawal form.
In this matter, we wish to inform you that Employees Provident Fund Organization has issued a circular dated 21.05.2015 pertaining to the payment of accumulated provident fund balance due to an employee, which is effective 1st June, 2015.As per the said Notification, TDS shall be deducted at source @ 10%, if the payment of the accumulated PF balance is more than or equal to Rs.30, 000/- with service less than 5 years. Further, if the PF payment is less than Rs.30, 000/- and the member has rendered service of less than 5 years, no TDS will be deducted.
Based on said notification, now the PF department has introduced a new Form 19 & 10C for claiming the PF withdrawal and henceforth PF department has stopped accepting old PF withdrawal forms.
Therefore to withdraw your PF accumulation, new withdrawal Form is to be submitted by you and with that following other documents which are mandatory is to be submitted as under:
1. Form 15G (Declaration for Income Tax).
2. Copy of PAN CARD
3. One cancelled cheque bearing name of the claimant on the said cheque
4. In case cancelled cheque is not there, then photocopy of bank passbook is to be given
5. ID / address proof
Enclosed herewith is the EPFO Circular dated 21.05.2015 along with the Notification, Form 15G, New withdrawal Form for your reference.
You are now requested to kindly submit revised withdrawal form accordingly along with the required documents for further actionable. If you have submitted other documents then please ignore that.
Please submit New withdrawal form & Form 15 to enable us to processing of your PF Form. Please sent these form duly filled to our Delhi office address.

Please check at your end at this is your responsibility because i have already submitted all the require documents at you office last month, i have not confirm the exact date but near about 5th August, earlier i have already submitted all the documents in the month of April 2015 But when i have visited you office the hr executive confirm me there is new processes to resubmit all the require documents along with 15 g form, Now i have again submitted all the documents and again and again confirm you hr executive there is any more documents require from my side, she confirm me no sir your documents full fill.you just have to wait for the reply from our side., so please check at your end, How many time you require to resubmit the documents, I m surprise that you tell me that you have not receive my request, please check at you end your office staff that what they are doing, i m waiting you reply. My humble request to re check at your end, How many times i have to resubmitted documents, please check and reply, i m still waiting.

First of all, i would like to inform you that. i have not dispatch the PF form .I have submit PF form with all required docs personally at your Jhandewalan office on 6th of October 2015.so you have to heck at your end because when i had submitted all the documents and asked your Hr Reception the lady who is sitting there she told me that please drop all the documents in drop box, then i asked her please give me any receipt of all the documents which i submit you, she said there is no any receipt, However i could Provide dispatch details, so request you to please check all the details at you end and ask for the details your HR Office which in Jhandewalan and reply soon, i m waiting you reply.
