Hi i'm pallavi, and took a project from i solution, the task was more difficult as they had told before agreement and providing the task, but after getting the project when i communicate with them and showed my difficulties they told me about penalty, and after some days i got a notice of an advocate name minhaz m. Patel, mob. No. [[protected]], he has given me seven day time line to pay penalty, otherwise according to notice i will have to present in surat court.
I am unable to justify that whether this every thing is true or fraud, i have already left a complained at comsumer complain forum, please help me.
