Dear sir/madam
There is a company named I-way solutions from which I got a call on 22nd of July, 2019. They asked me if I'm interested in part time jobs to which I said yes. Then they told me that I have to do simple captcha work...
They would gave me 12000 captcha out of which I have to correct 10800 captcha;to which i said okay I will do it. Then they asked me for my aadhar card copy & e-mail id. I gave them my aadhar card & mail id. After that they asked me to enter the OTP on a link that has been sent to my number. After entering that OTP, they send me back a agreement. In which it was mentioned that if I failed to do the job then i would have to give a fine of 6000/- which they didn't told me before that agreement..
They even said that it's just a confirmation mail...
Enter the OTP to confirm your work that's why I entered the OTP.
After getting the agreements I was in shock. Then I search online about the company & i saw numbers of complaints against them on the consumer complaint forum. Then I asked them to send me the official website and address proof of their company to which they replied “ we can't provide you website, address and any proof ". After then i didn't do that work..
Yesterday they sent me a mail to pay them 10500/- to terminate my agreement. I ignored that mail. But today exactly at 4:52PM one advocate named Prakash Gupta called me and asked me to pay the amount to terminate otherwise they will take legal actions against me.
Without my knowledge and consent they signed me that agreement. I have no idea whether that agreement was true or not..
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful sir.
They are just victimizing the innocent peoples.
