Hello sir,
I have received call on june 2019 regarding i2e work (Image to excel) from home for 90% accuracy. They have been charging registration fees on my first salary. Due to some medical emergency reason i have not submitted my work and have asked me to pay 5100 rs for not completing the work, even though i have still paid 5100 rs to their advocate who was disturbing n threatening me. Even after the payment they did not stop their wrongful activities.. They have further demanded to terminate the agreement another 31450 rs, even though i paid 31450 rs and got noc. After 7 months (I. E on feb 3rd 2020) again they started threatening n calling me again n again that if i did not fulfil their conditions they will launch case against me.. There is nothing that has been mentioned in the agreement like the agreement is for 11 months, however been going through the agreement it was only for one slot that means a (Period of 15 days) they are still demanding rs. 35580/- for clear your section after your file will be close you will get clearance letter from the company side or we need to re-open your file send for the legal action.

Again and again i am getting threatening call from this mobile no : [protected]...

On jul 1st 2019, the person from your consumer team only resolved the same issue. After 7 months they are again threatening me to pay rs. 35580/-

Sir please help me and resolve this issue immediately. Because of this i am fully mentally disturbed...

We have receive your file from i2e company and your case had been re-open due to the clearance and found that still your arbitration process has been pending and section 73 - 74 and 75 two section still pending if you want to clear your section on you then kindly pay the fee rs. 35580/- clear your section after your file will be close you will get clearance letter from the company side or we need to re-open your file send for the legal action.

Legal notice : it is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.

Note : today till 4 pm you have time to clear your matter for the bank details gives us the confirmation.
