Received a defective product of wireless earphone.
Only one of the 2 pair working when connection through bluetooth.
Both the pairs aren't work simultaneously.
Paid the amount already for the earpods and after found the defective piece send there order back to there address.
A complaint had been logged a lot of times but no response is received till now.
Placed a refund complaint and send there earpods back to there address but nothing happening
