I purchased i8 earpods from https://www.i8earpods.com/ on 13th november 2018, i received it on 17th november 2018. The packing of the product was very poor and as soon as i opened the box, it was very dirty and used. The product had no seal on it. The product had dent and dirt was all over it. I tried to connect the device to my phone and it didn't work. I want full refund from these frauds. Please help me. I saved that money after working for a month. My order id :- iep43055
