I had ordered for i7s earpods. I received the product yesterday. It is of very poor quality. I want to return the product but there is no phone number or any other means to return the product on their web site. I have dropped them a message on their contact us page but have not received any update from them. As i have paid rs.1499 for the earpods and they say they have a refund policy on their site, i would like to get my money back. I have contacted them on the day of receiving their product which was 18/05/2019. Was this information helpful? |
