I8 Earpods — failed product

I received I8 earpods one side of my earphone is not working.. no response from the customer care I raised the complaint two days back now(31/1/2109)..
I ask for replacement several times but no response from the customer care.. the device sound is too low and I couldnt able to hear.. worst product I highly recommend please dont buy this product.
I also received an defect product when I unpacking my product I saw the earphone was damaged. And then I try to use I cant hear the voice or anything from that. And Also The sound is not good is really very bad
