Order no - iep66633 i have purchased i8 earpods on 23 jan’19 got this product and when i have opened the box is torn also that one pair bluetooth is not working for phone calls and other one is not working at all. I have mailed them many times as they don’t have any customer care contact numbers but they are not responding. I have paid rs.1499/- for this worst product please refund my money or exchange this product with the right one.
