I8 Earpods — faulty product/old stock

I have recently bought this product and the product received is not working/dysfunction/old and outdated product.

We have emailed them a couple of times and haven't got a response until now. However, they have mentioned a 3-day return policy but are unable to return the product as there is no customer service for us to request a return.

Never buy this product as it is false.

Do let me know what can i do but need to get a refund back and return of the product.
