I ordered i8 earpods worth ₹1499 and one of the earpods is physically damaged and the other one is not working properly, the company is not responding to my emails. Even the box of the earpods was open and worn out, it’s is very disheartening that the company gives such products and then they fail to respond to e-mails. I would like you to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible
