I8 Earpods — I need to return the damaged product

I brought a product from i8 earpods and the product is damaged i tried to return back i texted them mailed them but no reply from there side i just have a day left to return it i tried to check there contact but i didn't get any number they should mail i tried it but no reply they don't even have return option
