I8 earpods — received wrong earpods

I ordered i8 earpods on 1.1.2019and received delivery of i7 earpods on with order iep58513on i8 earpods instagram page, company’s mentioned address on invoice is i8 earpods unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon, haryana.

First, i received it from blue dart courier on dated 8.1.2019and found i7 earpods inside where i ordered i8 and it looks like used ones and of a cheap quality.

So i tried to contact the company through the mentioned email id (Fake earpods
