I had ordered i8earpods from www.i8earpods.com few days back and i got it delivered yesterday.
I am seriously unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it.
Here are some major flaws i found with the product :-
1.in a damaged condition when i got it: the charging end of the earpiece was opened up and wires had come out at the time when i received the product. I am attaching pictures of the same in attachments.
2. Poor battery: the product was completely charged when i received it. I charged it with the usb provided for 2 hours, and then when i used it again, it got discharged and power off in just 10minutes.
3. Fooling customers with fake names: the name of the product shown everyone on the website is : "i8 bluetooth earpods", while what i received was "i7 tws earphones"
4. Doesnt look like an original product: the product doesn't look original at all. The packing is bad and there is no user manual on how it works.
Overall i am really disappointed with the product and wish to return and get the whole amount refunded as soon as possible. The product is in a perfectly sellable condition now with all the packaging and accessories intact.
