I8 Earpods — need to return airpods I ordered for is but received i7s.

I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality and rightside not working As I have paid 1499 rs . So I need my refund from them I have mailed them almost 10 times from yesterday till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no. Is available .
Recommend everyone that please don't buy any products from them. i8 earpod unite he Arcadia, office no 814-B, sector 49, gurgaon, HR, 122001.which are frauds.

The quality of products is totally worst waste of money plus their is no response from the sellers no response of our any mails.the products is like totally used and worst we want our money back

I orderd from i8 earpods.com and recieved damaged crap earpod. Not even switch is working .i8 earpods is fake and they dont have any customer care number or any other options. The are fake
