I8 Earpods — wrong product received

I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality. As I have paid 1499 rs . So I need my refund from them I have mailed them almost 10 times from yesterday till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no. Is available .
Recommend everyone that please don't buy any products from them. VSK2 international company is their in j 504 Wembley estate gurgaon which are frauds.

I sent an email to [protected]@i8earpods.com but haven’t received any reply from the team since the return policy is 3 days I am writing this to you.Please refund the money back.Order#: IEP121667.Request you to collect the product and refund the money back.
