I8Earpods.com — order i8 earpods but received i7 earpods and pathetic sound quality

As the presentation was showing and i ordered i8 earpods from its official site. Delivery was on time and as i opened the parcel and i saw that it was i7 earpods and than i connected to my phone. The sound was as bad as the presentation was great.

Immediately mailed to the official mail id but there was no response from there and no customer support number. Please refund my money 1499/-rs
