I wanted to post this so other IB families can make more informed choices.
A while back I was searching for support with the IB curriculum and saw an ad for IB Ace Academy near the top of Google results. I reached out and spoke with Bhawna Singh. He came across as very knowledgeable and mentioned having IB coordination experience. My mother felt reassured and we decided to go ahead.
We were asked to pay the full amount for the tutoring package upfront. After the payment was made, communication suddenly dropped. Calls and messages stopped getting replies, and we could no longer reach him.
When we followed up asking for the scheduled sessions or a refund, the situation didn’t improve. We felt quite stressed by how things unfolded and contact was cut off again.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with IB Ace Academy or Bhawna Singh?
I’m only sharing this to help other students and parents be extra careful before making large upfront payments. Please do thorough research and consider paying in smaller installments if possible.
