Ibibo Group/ Goibibo — Urgent: Payment Deducted but flight ticket not received-Request for refund

I am writing to bring to your attention and issue regarding my recent flight booking attempt on Goibibo.
The payment was successfully deducted from account; however, I haven't received any booking confirmation email, nor does the booking appear in my Goibibo account.

Date and time of payment:- 21/11/2025 and 01:20pm
Amount deducted : INR 5954.00 at ibibo group pvt Ltd
Flight details: from Pune to dehradun (02:50 pm to 05:05 pm)
Booking id: GOFLDNTAIOVU2687754

I request a refund of deducted amount. Please treat this as urgent matter, as the payment was deducted from my account, but I have no ticket or confirmation.
