Ibm Banglore — Unable to retrieve pf from last 6 years

I am trying to retrieve pf from ibm bangalore from last 6 years. There is nobody who responds and take an ownership. Phone no. Of retiral team is never reachable. Mails are mostly not answered and ignored. After repeated reminders from many years, last communication received on 1st sept'2015. Later on, not receive updates even after giving several reminders.
