This is in regards to provident fund account associated while I was working with IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon. I do not find any PF account or UAN number mentioned on any salary slip.

I left from IBM on 04.07.2012 please assist on how to claim my provident fund.
