Is anyone ethical and responsible in ibm or you all are flocks of cheaters???

I have been requesting and emailing, also called up mr. Nishant who is i believe behind auto swapping of my credit card without my permission..

If you guys ll not take immediate action i shall be reaching to your highest authority.. As well file an fir against ibm and mr. Nishant for fraud and cheating case.. For swapping my credit card without my permission..

Remain informed that the credit card is linked to mobile no and without i giving you otp.. You legally can't swap the card..

And because you have done so... Hence it's a clear case o[censored]nethical hacking, it fraud and banking fraud.

This is my last reminder to you all.

Take action asap by reverting my payment or otherwise i ll reach out to technology crime branch for this fraud.

I have been complaining about swapping of my credit card ending 6003 wrongly and without my permission for spss mac ver. On 21st feb.2018.

Now can i expect expedite the issue and refund my amount.

I student of iim fpm - industry program and managing director for kasturi group purchased, spss for mac in december’201 month for practice purpose.

While placing the order i was given assurance by your sales rep that, once monthly count will complete my subscription will be de-activated, which i can activate in future whenever i need.

Unfortunately, your company outlet swapped my credit card, without informing me on 21st feb.’2018.

I request you to solve this matter asap. I’m not using spss mac ver. And don’t want to continue the subscription for now.

I have been requesting to return the amount you have swapped. It’s not about the amount but the unethical behaviour which has pushed me write.

I hope to get things sorted out asap.

I’m equally surprised that you are writing an email and trying to highlight a issue which i never mentioned. Probably irma, you ned to check first the subject line, before writing to your user an email which has no relation to the subject line itself.

I hope you are clear with what i have questioned? Not what your understanding is. And expecting faster refund of my money.

Lenoir ideapad 520 was purchased online in oct from amazon india. There is electric shock experienced on surface of laptop and performance is slow. I have spoken to amazon india who will help only if ibm gives written denial of service. Ibm india online chat service says this shock is mild and as per design. I do not want to spend 70000 to have my small son experience shock... Mild or otherwise. I have written multiple mails to customer service at lenovo copying head for india services also. But there is no response. Unable to get any resolution from amazon or ibm. Please help

I am following with ibm seperation an retrial department since last one year and still not able to get my pf amount yet. I sent around hundreds of emai communication and given all required documents, but getting very poor response no success yet.
No direct number to reach them, no higher management contact to escalate it.

Still ibm didn't updated the service end date in uan portal.

Now i am facing issues while try to transfer my existing pf account from ibm to current organization.

They had asking me for 2000 rupees for registration. Afterword they took my interview and ask me for 15500 i had paid that amount then he has ask me 7500 for certificate verification, and they did not provide me till a job or offer letter plz help me how to take money back from him the recruiter name is gaurav sharma. He told me after paying money he will send me bond of 1 year. And did not send me a bond 2 days happen for this news

We think just 1500rs know will give, friends this kind of people should be punished and send them behind bars.

Hai everyone. Ibm and polaris both conducted a off campus drive in swetha engineering college thirupathi on 25 feb 17. The hr persons both one male and other lady conducted the 4 rounds of interview and selected some of the candidates. But the process is totally backdoor the hr's before drive only match fixed with the some of the consultancies in hyderabad and they conducted the drive in swetha engineering college by promising some vacancies to swetha engineering college students. The both hrs played a fake process and made all the candidates fools. Mainly the college management and principle mr. Bullarao is responsible for whole fake process. Please take proper action on the hr team and the college management who supported the team. Ibm and polaris are fake process in the recruitment process

Jan 21 2017, I had ordered the items for 1598. The Amount was deducted twice 1598+1598 from my citi account. Later I raised a complain.. customer cared asked me to send the bank account details...daily followup...no response from them neither my amount is back. Please do the needfull of returning my amount of 1598. I have been following it up with the customer care of shopclues, but they do not either respond nor hear...as soon as i explain every thing, they keep the phone down. Please help to get back my money

One of my known is working in IBM Bangalore Domlur Branch. The person is frustrated by the unethical behavior of the transport department. The transport management is worst and is either good for the employee nor for the drivers of the cabs. But the sad part is that someone who is as inefficient as one can be, is made the highest unquestionable authority. No one can request, suggest, query or complaint about anything(related to transport), be that employees or drivers. The whole system is so inefficient that it makes the travel time of the employees more than 5 hours. How can the company expect it's employees to be super efficient with this kind of situation.I do not understand the logic behind providing different cabs daily and NOT sharing the driver's number. HOW CAN THIS ASSURE THE SAFETY OF WOMEN EMPLOYEE (AS WELL AS THE MEN EMPLOYEE, DRIVERS THEMSELVES AND GUIDE WHO ESCORT WOMEN EMPLOYEES). I would really want to request the (department or people who are actually) CONCERNED department to look into the matter. Try to collect feedback (in the form of requests, suggests, queries or complaints )from employees as well as the drivers and guides (who escort women employee) about the overall management of the department.

I applied for a non-voice job for IBM Concentrix Kolkata. I was rejected on the first round itself by Mr. Agni ( H.R ) as he said the company's rules does not provide for Pickup or Drop facility to my address and that was the only reason for which i was rejected. Although i requested him many times that i will manage my transportation and will be punctual since the job location was only about 50 minutes from my place via public transport, but he did not accept and told me to relocate myself from my home. This is just ridiculous and not acceptable. I was not offered the job not because of any of my incapabilities but because of their incapability of range of Drop/Pickup facility.
