Few of the HR's and recruiters doing fraud in IBM, My Offer is hold because of three HR's shiva and vinay saikia and Jhon(jigo) in IBM D -Block 3rd floor in domlur(Embassy golf link), Bangalore I done the interview and I submitted biometric, after a week i had completed baground verification form in the portal, after vinay saikia called me and he said that my biometric was missing i had given perfectly They culprit and he said submit again i submitted after they sent a mail roc verification and they asked form 16 and Bank statement ie also i submitted they didn't replied after.
Most of them who selected on WAS ADMIN on Dec 12 2015 were fake(I know some of them) they didn't ask them Bank statement, form 16 because they got a call directly from IBM I attended the interview through a 3rd party techs to suit it is permanent for IBM, If they recrute they will get the money directly from IBM that's why they did like this and also some of them in the HR team they are doing backdoor

    Hi ibm backdoor fools
    Don't play games with employees, if you want do the backdoor don't call us and don't waste our time and don't kill our hopes

    My experience with ibm and third party fools

    1st i'm on boarded for ibm bangalore (Manyata it park) on may 23rd through a sub vendor key assignments (Main vendor experis it)

    I continued 3 months on the bench after my id card not accessed i found in the badge counter he told me my emp id not in the ibm blue page (My empid is avjoom it was created before on boarding)

    After main vendor called me (Pradeep from experis it) he told submit the resignation for key assignments i submitted then after he released offer didn't created any emp id after one month they are not responded that fools said my contract is over

    Dec 12 i cleared all rounds and i given biometric i filled all the background verification in ibm portal, max everyone got offers i got a mail roc verification

    And again may 13 2016 i cleared the interview (Technical lead and manager both did the interview, manager said you will get a call with in two days but i didn't get any call) i submitted biometric john (Gigo)

    I'm asking one question for ibm fools, you asked every one for bankstatement and form 16 how many of them submitted, you truly did the background verification nothing because of you some fools recruited into ibm they dont know anything they getting salaries and they survived

    And one more question for you all these 3rd parts (Key assignments, experis it, collabera,,...) they recruiting genuine candidates? They really doing the background verification? Think about you and your foolishness

      I left ibm in oct'15 and sent the epf forms duly filled in 2nd dec'15 to bangalore office... On enquiring about the pf status in feb'16 (After not hearing anything from ibm for 2 months)..In between i was again asked to send one form 15g... And again after enquiring after sometime i was told the latest budget has revised the pf forms... But almost 2 months have passed i am yet to receive the forms.. And ibm has even stopped replying to my mails/querries reg. My pf matter.

        Hi All,

        I am Santrupta Mishra. I worked at IBM from Nov 2011 to Nov 2014. Had to switch because they had not been paying the Variable component after giving excuses every year and got a 1.25% hike after getting 2+ rating and my manager was making me work at least 14 hours every day without giving me any additonal help even though I was a 7A. My exit was smooth, completed 90 days of notice period. The FFS was completed and I got all my certificates as well. Then started the nightmare. I had travelled onsite from 1-JUL-2012 to 30-APR-2013 to South Africa. IBM has this "Tax Equalization" policy where they claim to pay your taxes abroad and take away all your refunds for India Tax filing. Seems like they made a mistake in filing the tax return for 2013-14. They kept harassing me for doing this and that, going to this site and that, completing this action and that. Even though it was irritating, I complied. Still, there is total disconnect in their tax compliance team. One person will say you are compliant and another will send you an email about the penalties you need to pay because you are non-compliant, FROM THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS. 2 years now, Still being harassed, I want to know if we can initiate legal action against them.

        IBM India — UAN LWD is not being updated by them, Multiple mails sent but no response

        I worked in IBM and left on 15th July 2015. I joined CSC and they want previous employer to update my LWD in the UAN Card. So that they will join the new PF Member ID in to the UAN. But IBM is not doing that after sending multiple mails.

        IBM India — Not refunding a amount proper time and

        Executive also not supporting 12380587 i will go to consumer court on this request

          Hi - My name is balachandra.My nubmer [protected] i have dialed *800# service from my mobile number. it is giving 4 options to select. i have selected first option 1GB 4G/3G Bullet Rech. After selecting that option it is not giving any confirmation about how many days this recharge will cover and how much money will be deducted from my account. with out giving any confirmation details 93 rupees deducted from my account. i am very frustrated about your service. This is how you people take care of your customers. I spoke to customer care regarding this they giving some false reasons. i want my money to refunded to my account. I can say this is one of the worst service i have ever seen in my life. Even other networks to give some confirmation to activate any service. Bus his IDEA is worst services they are providing. I am ready to take portability option to move to another network.


          Guys be care full with this IDEA network, May be in future you may face the same issues.

          If IDEA people are responded to this complaint i am appreciated.

            I attended the interview on WAS ADMIN in IBM at 12-Dec-15 in koramangala(D'block), shiva and vinay are HR's I cleared all rounds I had given my biometric properly after one week they send me a link and told me to fill the baground verification in the portal.I completed the BGV in portal after vinay called me and he said my biometric was missed how it possible i given properly then after a week vinay called me to submit biometric again i submitted but my offer is gone hold and he didnt reply anything i submitted all documents, sombody who done the interview same day they didnt submitted form16 Bankstatements most of them are fake offer was released they joined in IBM
            B'cause of this kind of HR's IBM getting bad name

                    And I got a call from someone in IBM. He said that your profile has been shortlisted for this position and have to pay rs.10000 in his account. I paid to his account. After I paid there is no response from him. And he was switched off his mobile. The account details are,

                      I had sent my PF withdrawl forms along with crossed cheque of my bank account to IBM India Retiral team in the month of July, 2015 which they acknowledged receiving it after 40 days via email. They kept silent again for 2.5 months and on November 11, 2015 they informed via email that I have to send the declaration of non employment, which I sent and they acknowledged receiving the same via email on 22.11.2015. Now it is December 20th, 2015 and I have written to EPF grievance cell about it few days back. EPF office has relied to me via email that they have not received my claim submitted to them by IBM. I am at a loss and I don't know if at all I will get my PF money. My Pf number is PY/KRP/19214/175881

My last working day in IBM was 24th July 2015 and as per the rules I have requested my PF withdrawal after 60 days from my last working day and since then I have not get a proper response from IBM Retiral team and asking me to resubmit the forms though I have done it twice. This would be fine if they ask me the forms to resubmit again but for every email they will respond after one month and this is really disappointing for the people like me who depend on this money for their personal issues.                             PF forms were sent more than two months ago to the IBM retirals ream in Manyata Tech Park. They misplaced the forms & did not bother informing me or dropping me an email. I followed up after 2 months & got a very dry response stating that the PF Withdrawal policies have changed & the form has to be re-submitted. When inquired about what happened to the form sent earlier, they had no answers. A manager called called me asking me to re-send the forms. Forms re-sent and the rigmarole continues. The dept now says that they did not receive it yet whereas the Courier Company shows that the documents were handed over to the team. Appalling behavior, utterly unprofessional & incompetent. Disgusted by the fact that I am running Pillar to Pole to get a form processed by one of the top-notch technology company in the world. The Retirals team is starting to seem like a Govt office where work does not get done until you grease palms. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that this Dept is a part of the Company that prides itself in being leaders of technology and yet works in an out-dated pattern. A shame!

                              Hi Team, My PF transfer is showing status as Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.The status has been the same for more than 3 month. Kindly let me know when the process would be over and if anything needs to be done from my end. I have submitted PF transfer request long back which was not done by EPFO then I have submitted for withdraw my PF account few months back.. PF transfer :- In case, If my PF transfer got rejected by EPFO, Please let me know the reason for rejection. So that i can process for new request . PF withdrawal :- And later when I submitted for PF withdrawal, today i got the response form IBM says that "PF settlement claims will not accepted except for retirement and demise cases" . Please let me know how to withdraw my PF account, as i resigned job from IBM (24/09/2014) Current Employer & previous employer details attached here ..Please find the attached file and let me know the status.

                                Hi, I had sent a rakhi to Bangalore and Uttarakhand on Monday Aug 24th from On Dot in Yelahanka office..Its now more than a week and none of the Rakhi has reached the customer.. Tracking no[protected] This was suppose to be delivered to Begur Bangalore however, your rep says they don't deliver it to Begur and can deliver only to official address..There was no coordination with the customer and finally they delivered it to Capgemini office where the customer doesn't work. Tracking no[protected] This was suppose to be delivered to Uttarakhand Dehradun and its more than a week and Rakhi is over..Still Rakhi is not delivered. when I ask your rep in yelahanka branch they said that you don't commit on days and it may take more than a week to deliver a courier..And moreover all your reps are very rude while talking and they don't care for customer.. I will ask all my collegues not to go with your service in future and thanks for nothing. Arindam. [protected]
