I resigned the job on Jan 2014 but couldn't complete notice period completely due to health issues I worked only 15 days after submitting resign letter, but as per company rule I have sent a DD for Rs 1709 as I received letter from company n also submitted ID card n blank cheque leave as well. But till date I am tired of calling HR person n my Manager for PF amount n releaving letter. HR person told to wait till 48 days for PF amount but till I didn't receive. Please help me out on this. I Have given interview on 28th may at gurgoan IBM office and was selected for the post of SAP PM CONSULTANT They have given me joining date as 30th june and noida location.I was informed at time interview that after verification of documents with in 2 weeks I wil get offer letter.But after 3weeks when I followed with hr person for my offer letter then he told that u please relocate to pune or kolkata. I Denied For relocation then they told we very sory we dont have opening at noida. I dont understand if Vacancy was not there then why they have conducted interview. Just bcoz i was selected in ibm i had refused offer of 1 company which I had in hand with me. NoW very easily ibm is saying sory to me. But my career is spoiled due to ibm. Didnt ever thought that IBM Wil be such a Fraud company playing with career of candidate Can anyone help me In resolving my problem and getting offer letter from IBM.

Vaishnavi told me her cusion is working as a HR in IBM, IF I need she will help me and conduct my interview in IBM. After that I got a call from Priya Niveditha, she took One Telephonic interview and after this they demand for money. She also told us that this amount will be refundable and refunded after my training period will be completed in IBM. I know vaishanvi because His brother (DK Sreedhar from Hyderabad) is living with us. I give amount because we believe on Him. After giving money he also ran away.
In the end we found that they cheat us. Now It's about 4 month. She is not refunding my money. Even any of them not picking my calls.

Hi I need help to get the relieving letter from IBM Daksh. I worked in IBM Daksh from 1st June to 30th August. Hi there, I was working for IBM daksh more then 4 years, and on 8 jan 2014 i resigned from the company by sending an email to central IT as my PSHR was not working and i got the information that i ll receive all my document with in 45 days, but now it is more then 60 days but till I didnt receive any document to my address. I was asked to send my withdrawal form and all the documents at Gurgaon office for withdrawal of PF. And I have send the withdrawal form and other document at Gurgaon office on 23th April 2013. I was told that the entire process would take 45 days and the amount would be credited to my account. But still now I have not got reply. Dear Sir/Madam I am an employee of IBM India and have not been given the salary as promised in the offer letter, it has been 6 months now and no action taken. The difference amount is almost a lakh every month. This matter has been disused with the company heads from managers to director including pay role dept and HR dept. There has been no respond and no action taken till date, moreover i get no feedback about where the matter have reached.I also informed them that if they show no interest in resolving the matter i might have to seek help from elsewhere. I have also issued 1 legal notice already in spite of which there has been no action but false assurance. I am ready for the next step seeking help from out side. This issue has made me miserable and affected me physically and mentally in my life.

I am an employee in IBM GPS kolkata. there is a process called IYOGI. iyogi is a total scam process.there are some disgusting manager.rajib das is one of them.he is the servent of ankur chaterjee.they treated like anything to their employee.they are the reason for ramping down of the process.rajib das do not give the payslip, he always threat to their employee.he always said that he can make your life hell.he is a waste of IBM.i know no one can step action against them.so do not join IBM gps kolkata iyogi process.

Hi, I am not sure whether my concern would be taken into consideration or not. Still my writing here. I left IBM on 2nd of July, My EMD ID - 171636. I resigned twice, however it was not accepted as i wanted to do further studies. My manager suggested me sabatical leaves. I went on sabatical leaves. Before going on sabatical, I had almost 10 earned leaves in my bucket. My people manager told me that first these leaves will be taken into consideration and then my sabatical leaves will start. My manager did the same as promised. he utilized my earned leaves first and then my sabatical started. As a result I got salary as well for the next month. After that my manager changed my earned leaves to sabatical. At the time of leaving the leaving the organsation, I said that I wil give my notice period amount, however when I got the salary slip, it said I have to pay 26000, which I dont think so is correct. My concern is where my earned leaves went. Will they not be taken into consideration? Secondly, its not my mistake. I deserve to get my salary for earned leaves. I am still ready to pay my notice amount. It was awesome working with IBM for 26 months, and also in future I would like to join IBM, but I can only do so if I get my releaving letter. From last 2 months, I am following on this with the FNF Team, they always say that a mail is sent to my people manager. However, there is no reply. In the meanwhile I also got a letter from advocate which says I have to pay 26000 + 18% interest, which again is not rite, when the case is still under observation. Simply don't join there..else you ll be the sufferer like me. becoz i have completed 4 months before there and i came to know that
The syllabus they completing is only 25 to 30 percent of total course becoz at that time i don't even know what was Oracle Apps exactly.
Secondly they don't provide any placements for anyone.
I have touch with some students who still continuing there, they repeated the same when i ask them.I can bet you not them
even any body will join there can't get a job in Oracle Apps because of their poor teaching and less syllabus(which includes only headings nothing more inside that)

i[censored] want to what is reality spend 60 thousand bucks there and enjoy...

Hi,

I have attended IBM Women's drive interview on 15th June 2013, in Gurgaon.
I got selected there and after sumbitting soft copy hard copies of all the required documents , i have been told to wait for 1-2
weeks that you will receive the soft copy of letter.
I have talked to HR again after 1 month of selection she told your offer status is approved and you will receive the soft copy in 1-2 weeks.br...

I joined IBM GLOBAL PROCESS SERVICES in mid July, 2010

I gave all my documents like PAN Card etc. required at the time of joining but I did not get salary for that month.

My entire salary of around Rs.3000 was deducted as income tax.

When asked I was told that I have not updated my PAN Card number in their application for employees(every IBMer has access to it and they update their basic information and other details) before 20th of July(as salary is calculated from 20th of one month to 20th of next month) whereas I got access to their application on 26th of July, 2010

Whose fault is this?

Is this not responsibility of hiring HRs to update all the information when all the required documents are given to them?

Till date I did not get that amount and I never filed income tax return for it.

I purchased an IBM X40 laptop battery on 4th March, 2013 from Ebay.com. The product was from U.S., so payment was made from paypal via a credit card.
I received the package today afternoon. It was lying near my front door. First of all the postman didn't knock or confirm that i live there or not. Then secondly he threw the package on the floor.

I opened the package but there was no battery inside, instead there were some hindi magazine nicely kept in the battery box. Someone took out the battery very nicely. The package was so dirty that it was hard to tell if it was opened before. I complained Ebay instantly, but they said it wasn't their fault, the buyer confirmed. I can't blame them, How will the buyer get a magazine from Mumbai in U.S.. The magazine has pictures and advertisements of Mumbai Chief Minister.

Now i am out of options here. I lost my money cause it wasn't the buyer's fault. And i lost my Battery and it wasted so much time and energy.

What should i Do ?
File a complaint in the local police station against the post office ? It won't be of any use though, both are government organisations, no one will do anything. But i demand justice. So i am appealing here for justice.
Now i know that i will never get my battery or refund, but still i want justice cause i don't want anyone else to suffer like me.
I hope the Law ain't deaf, i hope it can hear my appeal.
