Hi, I am not sure whether my concern would be taken into consideration or not. Still my writing here. I left IBM on 2nd of July, My EMD ID - 171636. I resigned twice, however it was not accepted as i wanted to do further studies. My manager suggested me sabatical leaves. I went on sabatical leaves. Before going on sabatical, I had almost 10 earned leaves in my bucket. My people manager told me that first these leaves will be taken into consideration and then my sabatical leaves will start. My manager did the same as promised. he utilized my earned leaves first and then my sabatical started. As a result I got salary as well for the next month. After that my manager changed my earned leaves to sabatical. At the time of leaving the leaving the organsation, I said that I wil give my notice period amount, however when I got the salary slip, it said I have to pay 26000, which I dont think so is correct. My concern is where my earned leaves went. Will they not be taken into consideration? Secondly, its not my mistake. I deserve to get my salary for earned leaves. I am still ready to pay my notice amount. It was awesome working with IBM for 26 months, and also in future I would like to join IBM, but I can only do so if I get my releaving letter. From last 2 months, I am following on this with the FNF Team, they always say that a mail is sent to my people manager. However, there is no reply. In the meanwhile I also got a letter from advocate which says I have to pay 26000 + 18% interest, which again is not rite, when the case is still under observation. I need to know which step I should take forward. Below mentioned is the chain mail which is going from last 2 months. The syllabus they completing is only 25 to 30 percent of total course becoz at that time i don't even know what was Oracle Apps exactly.
Secondly they don't provide any placements for anyone.
I have touch with some students who still continuing there, they repeated the same when i ask them.I can bet you not them
even any body will join there can't get a job in Oracle Apps because of their poor teaching and less syllabus(which includes only headings nothing more inside that)

I joined IBM GLOBAL PROCESS SERVICES in mid July, 2010

I gave all my documents like PAN Card etc. required at the time of joining but I did not get salary for that month.

My entire salary of around Rs.3000 was deducted as income tax.

When asked I was told that I have not updated my PAN Card number in their application for employees(every IBMer has access to it and they update their basic information and other details) before 20th of July(as salary is calculated from 20th of one month to 20th of next month) whereas I got access to their application on 26th of July, 2010

Whose fault is this?

Is this not responsibility of hiring HRs to update all the information when all the required documents are given to them?

Till date I did not get that amount and I never filed income tax return for it.

I purchased an IBM X40 laptop battery on 4th March, 2013 from Ebay.com. The product was from U.S., so payment was made from paypal via a credit card.
I received the package today afternoon. It was lying near my front door. First of all the postman didn't knock or confirm that i live there or not. Then secondly he threw the package on the floor.

I opened the package but there was no battery inside, instead there were some hindi magazine nicely kept in the battery box. Someone took out the battery very nicely. The package was so dirty that it was hard to tell if it was opened before. I complained Ebay instantly, but they said it wasn't their fault, the buyer confirmed. I can't blame them, How will the buyer get a magazine from Mumbai in U.S.. The magazine has pictures and advertisements of Mumbai Chief Minister.

Now i am out of options here. I lost my money cause it wasn't the buyer's fault. And i lost my Battery and it wasted so much time and energy.

What should i Do ?
File a complaint in the local police station against the post office ? It won't be of any use though, both are government organisations, no one will do anything. But i demand justice. So i am appealing here for justice.
Now i know that i will never get my battery or refund, but still i want justice cause i don't want anyone else to suffer like me.
I hope the Law ain't deaf, i hope it can hear my appeal.

I attended IBM interview at TPO, Yerwada, Pune in Nov 2012. This call was directly from IBM HR. I have cleared my 2 technical rounds and HR round also. In HR round, they finalised my salary, submitted my all documents and provided would be joining date also. And assured that, you will get offer letter within 15 working days. Now its 1 and half months, no words from IBM. Just 4 days before received an email from HR that your offer is ON HOLD and WE WILL NOT COMMITT YOU ABOUT THE TIME SPAN. During that 1 and half month, most of the time I tried to contact to concern HR, but he never received my call or replied to any of the mail. I am a married person and having 10 months baby. On the basis of IBM offer I have resigned from my present company and jobless now. Its totally unfair of IBM. It is very frustrating experience about IBM. They did not mentioned any reason about why my offer is ON HOLD.

Is there any chance to get offer letter from IBM. Do anybody had same experience from IBM in Nov 2012 interviews conducted at TPO, Yerwada, Pune? Please reply.

I have passed PMP and prince 2 , But IBM manager Do not like it and Force me to resignation . And IBM manager discriminatie me because of iam not based on there Caste.And Some caste based politics in IBM India.
Instead of Qualification and experience managment Playing caste based politics in company. Goverment should look into this matter.

The person who has left from previous job, made some suspicious activities in the clients account. He is working for the personal gain from the clients other than official work. He does not have any knowlege about the job. He took paid degree from University.
Mr. Rajiv have had in debtness and so many peoples from the vicinity, they all are trying to find out him. We got the information from the sources that he is working well known exchange company IBMA as per public sites.

I have changed my company from IBM to Cognizant and had applied for PF widrawal how ever on 21 June my claim was rejected and the rejection letter has not come yet and the cause is unknown. I call every day at [protected] but they don't pick up the phone.

Employees will not get the justice through IBM even though we provide with proof....as IBM is really least bothered about the "HARRASEMENT AT WORK" AS IT WILL REMAINS IN WORDS NOT IN ACTION"...AS WE ARE WORKING UNDER LADY TEAM LEAD CALCUTTA MADHUBANTHI .....every one in team are unhappy about her behavior ...we have filed many complaints on her with proofs and escalted her to manager , delivery head , and VP ..... no one even tried to read that complaints..........not even single person is happy about her...but there is no concept of employee feed back or manager's interference in employee challeges & issues.......As she used to shout & abuse on everyone in office before all irrespective of age , gender.....

we all are really feeling bad about her......IBM should fire these people as IBM may loose a good people for the people of no use and for the people who spoils the reputation....

IBM should take care in order to avoid the harrasement at work.

few yrs back I have joined a reputed company IBM.Which is my dream company..but before that I used to stay in other state with my husband.But because of some financial concerns I decided to move to other state to join with IBM.IBM ISMY DREAM JOB..I have entered IBM with lot of happiness...It was a new project to IBm which they have assigned to me...Company is truely awesome...But I used have a hard time with my lady team lead from west Bengal....she used to shout on the floor right from the day one of my training of nothing reason which was not at all professional ....for 1 and half year she made me cry cry cry......I used to cry alot.....I tried to explain her that why she is shouting on me for nothing reason...as she had some problem with her ATTITUDE ....she used to torture me mentally................and used to hurt all the time inspite of performing good ....as my performance levels are high....and used to get good appreciations.....many times I felt bad and mentally sick as I dont want to work killing my selfrespect but other side I cant resign the job due to financial concerns other side I cant apply for other job unless I complete 1yr in the present job.......and I am kind of person who cant oppose any one who cant be rude at anyone....iam kind of verysensitive and wud be very soft to others....evry day n night I used to cry....its a situation where I dont have an option where I dont have a door open for me......1 and half year I cried alot because of her and In IBM we dont have OUR manager interference in anything ....and Manager will take care of nothing...Team Lead and Manager used to waste their time mostly on speaking each other on phones ...... and used to show unprofessionalism......and evryone are uncomfortable and unhappy about them in the team.....and used to harrase everyone in the team of nothing reason .......many have left the project due to team lead and manager......we all had a good respect on company .......many a time team escalated the manager and team lead but of no use.......every one suffered alot becz of them.......IBM JUST SAYS NO HARRASEMENT AT WORK BUT THEY WILL REMAIN IN WORDS NOT IN ACTION...............IBM STANDS FOR HARRASEMENT AT WORK.......IREQUEST THE HIGHER AUTHORITY TO AVOID THESE ISSUES .......U CAN ACHIEVE ONLY WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED PROPERLY...........

I made request for PF Withdrawl , filed with the PF Office for Settlement dated on 24/02/2012 .

Currentely i can see that my PF Settlement Claim ID's PYKRP[protected] & PYKRP[protected] got Rejected , AGAINST Member Account No ( PYKRP[protected].

It says that Rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to my address. It was almost 2 months from now , I didn't got my Claim form to my address.I raised Grievance and its pending with EPO officer Ningshen Thotar who is not picking up the phone, neither replying to my emails .

Please let me know why my Form got rejected and when did Rejection Letter got dispatched to my address .

I have recently come across a lady who provided 4+ Yrs of fake experience in IBM India, Manyata Tech Park. The lady joined as a Web Sphere expert. The lady pitched into the company through an IBM employee in Hyderabad who trains and pushes unqualified people into IBM by collecting 1 Lakh. Even the technical and HR rounds are managed internally.

While she was found that the experience provided was fake through a background agent who went to her previous companies at HAL, Bangalore. Fortunately the agent collected her contact number from the fake experience provided company, called her and bargained for Rs. 10,000/- to certify her as genuine.

If such things continue I do not understand the real IT sector is getting diluted with unqualified techies.

I have purchase some items online from logostore site, and as per him he has dispatched the same through BLUE DART courier ( Tracking Number:- [protected]) But Till now I haven't received the same.

And when I am checking the status on blue dart site it is showing delivery date 04th Feb-2012.

Please check the current status and confirm that after how many days I will get the same.
