Respected sir/mam I would like to inform you that i was selected for
the position for practitioner at date of 10/jan/2013 and got offer
letter on the date of 19/1/3 and my joining shed was 22/1/13
documentation and 23/1/13 joining I follow all the formalities but at
the day end of 23/03/13 my joining postponed .and after that 4/2/13
call from IBM 444 Gurgaon for re- interview and reject me .


kindly suggest and answer me that a person left his previous job and
become UN employed .he spend 45 days for join IBM and get negative
response . He is in depression .

I contact hr but no response . kindly give me suitable ans and suggestion .
I have hard copy of offer letter .

I attended IBM interview at TPO, Yerwada, Pune in Nov 2012. This call was directly from IBM HR. I have cleared my 2 technical rounds and HR round also. In HR round, they finalised my salary, submitted my all documents and provided would be joining date also. And assured that, you will get offer letter within 15 working days. Now its 1 and half months, no words from IBM. Just 4 days before received an email from HR that your offer...

I have passed PMP and prince 2 , But IBM manager Do not like it and Force me to resignation . And IBM manager discriminatie me because of iam not based on there Caste.And Some caste based politics in IBM India.
Instead of Qualification and experience managment Playing caste based politics in company. Goverment should look into this matter.

The person who has left from previous job, made some suspicious activities in the clients account. He is working for the personal gain from the clients other than official work. He does not have any knowlege about the job. He took paid degree from University.
Mr. Rajiv have had in debtness and so many peoples from the vicinity, they all are trying to find out him. We got the information from the sources that he is working well known exchange company IBMA as per public sites.

We appeal to public do not get in touch with this person, he having habit of so many things.

Can you please let me know what exactly the problem was ,because of that they rejected my form.

6)I will told you surely Ibmwork.com and relianceLogix.com owner is same and he will make a chating with persons.

I have my PF account PYKRP[protected] with KRPuram whitefield Banglore PF office.
I have changed my company from IBM to Cognizant and had applied for PF widrawal how ever on 21 June my claim was rejected and the rejection letter has not come yet and the cause is unknown. I call every day at [protected] but they don't pick up the phone.
Please help me to get my PF widrawed.

Hi friends ,my name is XXXX and i came down to bangalore in search of job like any other graduates..gave interviews in lot of companies. i met one guy while giving interview in ibm his name is narendra babu n his dad name is narayanappa he is from bangalore he promised me to get me job in ibm told me ibm is recruiting some freshers through some training process we need to give money and took near about 2 lakhs from me and my friends and but never knew he was a fraud guy...don believe dis guy he ll change is name also biggest fraud in bangalore...saala randi ka baccha...i will attah his photo jus be aware of him...

Employees will not get the justice through IBM even though we provide with proof....as IBM is really least bothered about the "HARRASEMENT AT WORK" AS IT WILL REMAINS IN WORDS NOT IN ACTION"...AS WE ARE WORKING UNDER LADY TEAM LEAD CALCUTTA MADHUBANTHI .....every one in team are unhappy about her behavior ...we have filed many complaints on her with proofs and escalted her to manager , delivery head , and VP ..... no one even tried to read that complaints..........not even single person is happy about her...but there is no concept of employee feed back or manager's interference in employee challeges & issues.......As she used to shout & abuse on everyone in office before all irrespective of age , gender.....

we all are really feeling bad about her......IBM should fire these people as IBM may loose a good people for the people of no use and for the people who spoils the reputation....

IBM should take care in order to avoid the harrasement at work.

I want to Share you with my experiance .
few yrs back I have joined a reputed company IBM.Which is my dream company..but before that I used to stay in other state with my husband.But because of some financial concerns I decided to move to other state to join with IBM.IBM ISMY DREAM JOB..I have entered IBM with lot of happiness...It was a new project to IBm which they have assigned to me...Company is truely awesome...But I used have a hard time with my lady team lead from west Bengal....she used to shout on the floor right from the day one of my training of nothing reason which was not at all professional ....for 1 and half year she made me cry cry cry......I used to cry alot.....I tried to explain her that why she is shouting on me for nothing reason...as she had some problem with her ATTITUDE ....she used to torture me mentally................and used to hurt all the time inspite of performing good ....as my performance levels are high....and used to get good appreciations.....many times I felt bad and mentally sick as I dont want to work killing my selfrespect but other side I cant resign the job due to financial concerns other side I cant apply for other job unless I complete 1yr in the present job.......and I am kind of person who cant oppose any one who cant be rude at anyone....iam kind of verysensitive and wud be very soft to others....evry day n night I used to cry....its a situation where I dont have an option where I dont have a door open for me......1 and half year I cried alot because of her and In IBM we dont have OUR manager interference in anything ....and Manager will take care of nothing...Team Lead and Manager used to waste their time mostly on speaking each other on phones ...... and used to show unprofessionalism......and evryone are uncomfortable and unhappy about them in the team.....and used to harrase everyone in the team of nothing reason .......many have left the project due to team lead and manager......we all had a good respect on company .......many a time team escalated the manager and team lead but of no use.......every one suffered alot becz of them.......IBM JUST SAYS NO HARRASEMENT AT WORK BUT THEY WILL REMAIN IN WORDS NOT IN ACTION...............IBM STANDS FOR HARRASEMENT AT WORK.......IREQUEST THE HIGHER AUTHORITY TO AVOID THESE ISSUES .......U CAN ACHIEVE ONLY WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED PROPERLY...........

I made request for PF Withdrawl , filed with the PF Office for Settlement dated on 24/02/2012 .

Currentely i can see that my PF Settlement Claim ID's PYKRP[protected] & PYKRP[protected] got Rejected , AGAINST Member Account No ( PYKRP[protected].

It says that Rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to my address. It was almost 2 months from now , I didn't got my Claim form to my address.I raised Grievance and its pending with EPO officer Ningshen Thotar who is not picking up the phone, neither replying to my emails .

Please let me know why my Form got rejected and when did Rejection Letter got dispatched to my address .

I have recently come across a lady who provided 4+ Yrs of fake experience in IBM India, Manyata Tech Park. The lady joined as a Web Sphere expert. The lady pitched into the company through an IBM employee in Hyderabad who trains and pushes unqualified people into IBM by collecting 1 Lakh. Even the technical and HR rounds are managed internally.

While she was found that the experience provided was fake through a background agent who went to her previous companies at HAL, Bangalore. Fortunately the agent collected her contact number from the fake experience provided company, called her and bargained for Rs. 10,000/- to certify her as genuine.

If such things continue I do not understand the real IT sector is getting diluted with unqualified techies.

I have purchase some items online from logostore site, and as per him he has dispatched the same through BLUE DART courier ( Tracking Number:- [protected]) But Till now I haven't received the same.

And when I am checking the status on blue dart site it is showing delivery date 04th Feb-2012.

Please check the current status and confirm that after how many days I will get the same.

I am Charanjeet Singh writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the paper work done from my company IBM Daksh( gurgaon), where i worked for more than 9 months[protected] till[protected].My Employee ID in IBM Daksh was 158630. I sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office through courier. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 120 days and nothing has been credited to my account. My PF a/c no is HR/FBD/10640/64509. I do not know what happened with my application and my amount which is pending at their end.

Further, I tried to contact to the PF office over the phone but they never pick up my calls on the numbers -[protected]/36/37/38. Also, one day somehow after making numerous call to them, i talked to someone on the extn no. 33 at around 6pm and he told me that he will call back as he is going home at this time but he could not call me back on the next day which is the height of carelessness from their side. There is no support from the people sitting over there.

Hence i request you to look into the matter and looking forward to your cooperation.

FAKE IBM OFFER LETTER FROM IBM SERVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't believe in IBM backdoor entry i.e totally fraud. They will provide offer letter from IBM server and take money and vanished totally. Offer letter Don't have REFERENCE ID ?????????? without which it is not genuine. Always IBM used LOGO which is written in BLACK. ALways ask for Identity card before giving money to any body. And avoid...

i was cheated by three guys in kolkata about backdoor job in IBM. first they will ask you to come to kolkata. they will speak geniune process and act on phones just like same MNCs do for the proces.

Hi guys,
Plz candidates and consultant dont go for ibm kolkata all those cheaters they will take your money and they will switch off there mobile before joining date. I have very bad experience, i have launched fir in saltlake police station to catch those cheater racket. Month of aug 2011 we have given 5 candidates no one got joined. Now they have change there name and number and started making fool to people once again.

How to check those persons telling lie to you:-

1. Check the name mr pegu in ibm website link - http://www.ibm.com/contact/employees/in/ no one working in kolkata ibm.

2. Check ibm employee policy without conform employment to ibm not a single benefit allowance are provided, then how ibm is going to pay up n down air ticket. Only on soft copy of your resume of candidates wow funny right!!!

3. If they are from hr team why they are not using ibm domain id.

Guys its hard earn money of your parents dont waste it.
