We have bought a IBM server from their authroised agent/distributor in India and 2 of the 3 HDD on RAID 5 config failed.

It turns out that the distributor has supplied us with 2 fake IBM branded HDD

What is the recourse I can take

AS PER THE CONVERSATION I HAD WITH ANKIT IN (Full AND final dept of iBM DAKSH) i send a draft of Rs 2977 ,which they received on 14th june'11 .they promised me that as soon as they receive my DRAFT they will issue me the relieving letter with 3-4 days.Yet i have not received it.AND when i tried to call ankit ,he was very rude and abusive .I finally went to INFINITY to get my relieving but nobody seemed helpful .

I really need my relieving letter as i have to join IBM DAKSH from 20th june .and they will not allow me to join without the relieving letter.
please help.

I had submitted my PF withdrawal form on[protected].I got the acknowledgment .still i have not received my pf.Please do the needful.

At least govt official should understand when someone loses job & surviving without job how difficult it is.They should be kind enough for the people at this stage. There are lot of people lost job & struggling like anything.

This is Aravind resident of Super Residency Apartment, MCH No 8-1-299/99, Shaikpet which comes under Golconda Police station area and have a serious complaint about the nuisance we have been suffering of too much noise and sound ( playing songs without any limit in the decibels) from a function Hall called President Garden function hall which is right just adjacent to out apartment since 5 years. We as a association have lodged written complaint about the same in Golconda police station long time back and staff from station responded very well and C.I Mr Wesley went ahead and gave his personal mobile no. to call him and complaint about this whenever we face this problem. But after sometime police also couldn’t do much as it has become a very regular and routine complaint for them. Whenever we call police station in the nights( these function hall guys used to continue playing the songs in very high volume after 11:30PM also, sometimes till 1:30 or 2:00AM) they used to send the Rakshak vehicle with 2 police men and as soon as function hall guys sees them, they used to talk to police and handle them in some or other manner and they used to switch off or reduce the volume when they are at hall premises. As soon police men leaves the hall in 10 mins, again they used to continue playing the songs till late nights...not only playing songs but dances and playing whistles and full of noise used to come from Hall..We got completely fed up with these nuisance activities. When we spoke about the same with function hall proprietor, he responded in a very careless attitude. He said, you can do whatever you want and went ahead and suggested us to sell our flats and better to leave from the place if you are not able to bear the noise. Everybody in the apartment tried in all the different ways to get rid off this nuisance. But no luck and people are started thinking to sell their flats and leave this area JUST because of this nuisance. Not only playing songs and another torture is Orchestra..Oohh....such a bad nuisance after 10:00PM till 2:00AM with these orchestras..just unbearable. So please treat this mail as a written complaint and take the necessary actions on the function hall staff. We are looking for a permanent solution for this instead of sending a Rakshak as a work around on call basis.



I have read some new sections (nuisance) have been introduced about the limit of volumes in (dbs) (particularly for function halls in residential areas) in the news papers and we can file a case against these nuisance activities. Actually we are looking and seeking some sort of these kinds of actions from Police to make this as a permanent solution. So please guide us or help us in finding a problem for this in a legal manner also. We as a association ready to file any case if there is any. So please understand our serious concern and do the needful and save us in selling off our own flats because of this cheap and silly nuisance activity.

IBM INDIA PVT LTD is cheating the employees left and right...i worked with IBM for about 5 years and left this Jan, as per the IBM Policy employess worked till 31th Dcember is elligbe for Performance Bonus and GDP...but now they are telling Based on various parameters and IBM performance guidelines , IBM decided not to give any GDP and Performance Bonus ....its Employeee money and how come IBM can deside on employee money ....

IBM Got no Ethics and Moral Values ….it cheats both its clients and its employees…..

IBM conducted interview at Noida in Sector 62 for SAP and told all o[censored]s that we have been selected and would be required to send the documents on mail. (everything including project and compensation was discussed) and the offer letter shall be rolled out in 15 days and it has been over 2 months now and all that they say is it is on hold and will take 15 more days.

It was only heard that HR practices of IBM are corrupt but now I had the privilege of seeing the same live.

I think all their interviews are fake and lot of guys have told me that 35-50k in pockets of HR guys at Noida and Gurgaon can do the trick.

Very shameful for a company celebrating 100 years of success when it has jeopardized our careers.

I promised myself that come whatever may I will never work for this pathetic company

I was approached from one of my frnd......s name vinod for the backdoor company called IBM on 6th april 11 asked me to pay the amount of 15k for the proceed once selected I must lakhs of amount and I have spoken to HR called Goel throooooo one of the consultant by name saravana and I said im not interested and few days later thro... 1 of my frnd..... called dinesh approached me for same with 2500 for entry then I agrred but my frnd......'s rejected me I felt very bad and im sent the complaint to the IBM too like this happenings for the backdoor so frnd pleaze dont apply for this bcoz talents are being rejects so plz dont go for back door.

I have a case where my sister got selected and offered the expression of interest letter from IBM in September. She is a 2009 passedout fresher and trained in Mainframes and she was interviewed as a fresher&Mainframes as well.
IBM mailed her thrice postponing the date of joining and so as the offer letter in these 6 months after the interview.

Its been a month that there is no more communication from IBM.

Please help out to reach the right contact /approach/solution for this.

My PF claim id is PYKRP[protected] and i got a message that you had send my pf cheque no 551748 to given branch details on date 11/01/2011. But still it is not deposited in my branch account. So please investigate the status as early as possible and if possible please provide despatch details.

In IBM Management team are forcing employees to quit the company as they are getting people from other state for less payment, also they want to prove that they are the best so putting pressure on employees.

If a person is facing any health issue also he/she has to covery the working hours. two years back due to recession they have increased working hours but still they are following the same without any extra income.

Recently one employee felldown due to insufficient rest to his body, but management says that is his health he has to take care we are not responsible for it. As per company rules he has to work for 10 hours what so every.

Now a days Managers started asking why are you taken 15 sec more for that task. when we tell please check the average means they are saying if you are not following it you have to leave this company.

They are following one tool to calculate the production hours and efficiency please have a look into the attachment.

I request you to come to IBM premesis and investigate about this.

It is an humble request to my Indian Government to do some thing good for the human beings.

its about IBM in Manyata tech park. i work in us shift and my timings are from 6:00pm to 3:00am. but everyday i do not get permission to go till 4:30. its only after 4:30-5:30 that am released. also the cab facility is absolutely irregular. i have to wait for as long as two hours for other employee who have to board the cab.
we do not get break in the mid, its hardly 20mins.
am unable to sleep and loosing my health everyday. it takes an hour and half to reach my place. so i have to spend at least 14 to 16 hours behind my job and no one understands our problem but are only concerned about their work.

Please take this complain on piority basis and processe my settelment activity.

Sir I have took admission in this college because of the offer me good academic environment ,faculty placement & so many things .But college run only for two semester July 2009-10 & college merged in another college collapsed the existence of IIMB now third semester is run by only two teacher ,who busy in another class of another college because of worried about job . They asked full fee according to the admission letter . But sir they dint provide any faculty , wi fi ,environment & placement .sir they destroy our career money & dreams of life . Sir please advice me or take action against management of college .And return of fee ,provide Degree .
