IBM conducted interview at Noida in Sector 62 for SAP and told all o[censored]s that we have been selected and would be required to send the documents on mail. (everything including project and compensation was discussed) and the offer letter shall be rolled out in 15 days and it has been over 2 months now and all that they say is it is on hold and will take 15 more days.

It was only heard that HR practices of IBM are corrupt but...

I was approached from one of my frnd......s name vinod for the backdoor company called IBM on 6th april 11 asked me to pay the amount of 15k for the proceed once selected I must lakhs of amount and I have spoken to HR called Goel throooooo one of the consultant by name saravana and I said im not interested and few days later thro... 1 of my frnd..... called dinesh approached me for same with 2500 for entry...

I have a case where my sister got selected and offered the expression of interest letter from IBM in September. She is a 2009 passedout fresher and trained in Mainframes and she was interviewed as a fresher&Mainframes as well.
IBM mailed her thrice postponing the date of joining and so as the offer letter in these 6 months after the interview.

Its been a month that there is no more communication...

My PF claim id is PYKRP[protected] and i got a message that you had send my pf cheque no 551748 to given branch details on date 11/01/2011. But still it is not deposited in my branch account. So please investigate the status as early as possible and if possible please provide despatch details.

In IBM Management team are forcing employees to quit the company as they are getting people from other state for less payment, also they want to prove that they are the best so putting pressure on employees.

If a person is facing any health issue also he/she has to covery the working hours. two years back due to recession they have increased working hours but still they are following the same without any extra income.

Hi,

its about IBM in Manyata tech park. i work in us shift and my timings are from 6:00pm to 3:00am. but everyday i do not get permission to go till 4:30. its only after 4:30-5:30 that am released. also the cab facility is absolutely irregular. i have to wait for as long as two hours for other employee who have to board the cab.
we do not get break in the mid, its hardly 20mins.
am unable to sleep and loosing...

Working with IBM Daksh from 4months., must say it would be ranked first when it comes to HR behavior. just because its acquired by IBM it behaves as if it rules the world. when a person goes for interview the response given is 3rd class, they use evryone who is in biz with them. They tie up with consultancy to get candidates for interview where in after 1st round of interview is conducted they wont response for 1-2months and then call candidates...

IBM INDIA is just fooling innocent people by showing that they are recruiting people

They are just doing this because they want to show people they are increasing manpower but actually they are fooling people
Recently they show that they are recruiting people for linux system admin but this all are fake
IBM cant recruit 150 candidate in 3 months ???
on other hand tcs has recruit 40,000 candidate within...
