This is madhuparna ghosal i have given interview in ibm 5-6 times every time i was rejected, once by, his name is dipak mukherjee stating that i am only & only int.In money & hence so he rejected me, i would like to know for wht joy does people work for money or to sleep with the employees as he does, there was another ### (Lady) no idea regarding the name but she looks like that working with ibm asked me regarding my family condition & i described her regarding the bad shape of my family & then she rejected me stating that i wnt have a job stability as my dad is very ill, i hve 2 yrs of bpo experience my dad was also ill at that point of time too but did not leave the companies untill in the work field the prob. Arrised, another time it happened that again that dipak mukherjee rejected me (3rd round) stating that i have an accent problem but i was passed in the 2nd round which was a vna round, all were crap reasons of rejections, hence launching a complain against ibm kolkata so that strict actions are taken so that they dnt play with candidates life an emotions, i defenetly want to take a step against these 2 people so plzzz let me know the contacts number or the mail ids of the most suitable person. There was an hr (Saptarshi saha) he is a very good person & he deserves an immediate promotion from an hr to some senior posts, he is very helpful, caring, decent, has a sweet way of talking never harases candidates, tries his level best for the candidates to get through, encouraging, positive attitute altogether very very impresive. His behaviour is owsome asks question to the point & then lets the candidates go, i[censored] guys go for int plz look for no other hr but for him. I wld request the ibm authorities to give him a good post as he deserves him hve got no idea that he is still with the company or not but to give him a promotion & if he is not there then to call him back as he can be an example of being a good employee of a good brand.

IBM INDIA is just fooling innocent people by showing that they are recruiting people

They are just doing this because they want to show people they are increasing manpower but actually they are fooling people
Recently they show that they are recruiting people for linux system admin but this all are fake
IBM cant recruit 150 candidate in 3 months ???
on other hand tcs has recruit 40,000 candidate within 1 month
IBM Hr are just playing with feeling o[censored]s


I really request every one to do something against such kind of companies

my PF amount had been setteled on 31/7/10, but till date it is not credit in my Bank account. i had asked from pf department they told me that it would be credit in my acct till 20/8/2010. but still it is not credited by pf department.my emp id is--109187. pf acct no is[protected]. i m living in shahdara so gurgaon is very far from my home, so plz help me to get my pf amt.

My name is Ismail Shareef Adil(ismail.[protected]@gmail.com) and I am a B.tech graduate from computers stream i.e 2010 batch. I have attended an interview on July 3rd in IBM i.e in EGL park,Koramangala,Banglore for technical support for voice.
I was interviewed by Mr.Ramesh(HR) and cleared all the rounds and was selected as a Technical Support Associate(TSA) for an Australian inbound process.I got a phone call from IBM-Banglore and they said that I will be receiving an offer letter with in a week.I am waiting for that offer letter from a 40 days but I didnot get it.When I enquired in the IBM office,they are saying that they have send the offer letters to all the candidates.please help me.

This is Ajit saini, worked with IBM Daksh business process pvt. ltd. for more than 2 years in gurgaon. I have submitted my Provident fund documents at your Gurgaon office on 10/feb./2010. Now it has 5 months been paassed away.

I have resigned IBM in the month of September 2009 almost 7 plus months
now,after contacting IBM i have recieved that PF form is been
procesed and i can contact PF Office at[protected] / 25617629 and
quote PF Account.

However i believe the mentioned number is real goverment department
number ,where people are so busy no time to pick up the phone.

Also i tried using http://www.epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx
website wher i put establishment code 19214 for IBM it comes with TATA
INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED,I dont know who designed the website or it
is having any bug .

i want you to direct me in correct way how do i know the status and whom do i contact.

I M.Purnaprasad resigned from IBM India Pvt Ltd on 16thApril'2008, later I submitted the concern forms that are required to claim my PF amount,from then onwards even on frequent inquiry's I did not receive my PF,inturn they are shooting a mail with the content:

Internally the process takes around one and half month for process and after completion we will file the same with RPFC. From there it takes around 3-4 months to get the credit of the same amount. since the settlement will be done by our PF Office, we request you to contact our PF Office at[protected] / 25617629 and quote your PF Account Number with IBM for the status.

when I tried to reach the numbers they gave which never work, I became helpless to approach a contact person to claim my PF, please do the needful as I'm giving the details of mine:

Hi,

My notice period in IBM india is 1 month/month-end.
During my first year my notice period is one month after which it becomes 3 month.

My Managers are not accepting this period. Somehow with some fight and talk with HR i got my date as in offer letter.

Now they are harrasing me by giving me workload day n nite, calling me on weekends, regularly threatening me not to releive me on the date.

Please advise me what can i do of they donot releive me of my job because if they dont releive me of my duties my next company will not accept me without my releiving letter.
My career will be hit severely even may lead to my unemployement if i dnt get job in next coming 2 months.


Please advise me what is the quickest action can i take to avoid this violation.

Myself R.G. Swami, working in IBM. Just I have shifted from Bangalore to Kolkata and staying in Shree Bengal DCL, New Town Rajarhat Kolkata. I am purchasing all daily needs items from Reliance Fresh Store which is located very near to our residence.
I have observed that so many items are not available in this store like Rock Salt (Black Salt), Safal Paneer, Mother Dairy Ice Creams (Brick), Milk (In the Morning), Bundi etc. I had inform and remind also so many time to Reliance customer service associates during my visit but still situation is same and nobody bothered about these things. Reliance membership form also not available on the counter.
Now more than 20 days passed but no improvement observed.

WE CAN NOT EXPECT THIS KIND SERVICE FROM RELIANCE FRESH.

There was no prior Information given by HR that If you do not pay the money the case will be forwarded to the advocate so as to pay the amount.

I Left the company (IBM Daksh) because of my personal reason and now they been sending me letters and forcing me to pay Rs 9000/-. I will pay the money, but when if I have that amount.

I got a registrar from advocate regarding the same to pay the money.

I hope that government should bring a proper connection between agreements and contracts.

Respected sir am usin idea no fr long back am really wit ur idea service n plans but fr last 5days am sufferin lik anythin fr ur customer care ppl....i didnt send request to change ma plan r tarrif but it automatically got changed even i enquired in c.c i didnt got any good kind of response n even those supervision authority als not showin much interest towards our problems really i felt so bad abu it...n am really am in need of ma plan..:plz look over its sir.....

I am having a PPF account with SBI no.[protected] and I had deposited on monthly basis a total amount of Rs 65000.00 till March2010 . All the deposited were made through internet banking and before 5 th of every month. But the interest deposited is just Rs.2667.00 which is 4% of the total amount.Please guide me who can I rectify the same as bank is reluctant to respond on the same.

sir madam . I joined this organization i did not like its working culture and a lot many things . I just worked there for three days worst days of my life . Nothing was organized there they goofed up in arranging cab twice . I decided i wont continue working there . And when i stopped going there they have sent me a letter asking 12000 rs i went there for three days .i never availed there transport cause they never sent transport . I did not us an resource of that stupid company . Than why they asking for 12000 rs.. They are causing me mental trauma . I am not there slave . They are fraudsters.

I recently bought a ThinkPad R 61 machine and It’s not even been 1 Year since I bought it and I saw some cracks have appeared In the underbody of the laptop from the sides.

This was much to my surprise as I have never dropped the machine ever on the floor and there has been no mishandling on my part whatsoever.

What seems as a surprise is that the cracks appeared on both the sides and seem to progress slowly as per usage.

I have emailed Lennovo Email support and also taken the laptop to the service centre and they have denied doing anything about the matter as they say that the cracks have appeared due to physical damage which is not true at all. I have used many laptops of different brands in the past and never faced any problems.

If the laptop was indeed dropped on the floor - then either the screen would have also got damaged or some other hardware would have stopped working but everything works fine.

I was told at the time of making the purchase by the Reseller that The ThinkPad was something Virtually “indestructible” as it will easily withstand normal abuse and that it has passed many crash/ drop tests , so rest assured- there would never be any hardware or other issues with it.

This was the very reason for my decision to purchase the machine and now this issue has come as a big blow to IBM’s claims !!

Kindly resolve the matter ASAP as I have important work pending now as I have no clue how long this is gonna take to resolve and I do not have standby machine to work on.

Please Help!!!

FYI- the machine is well within the warranty period

IBM India is the bad company to work with, they consider candidates from their religious community.

They filter others saying something wrong reasons.

I have requested my PF transfer in the month of April 2008 from EPFO Gurgaon to RPFC bangalore, but still this is pending. I have made lot of follow ups with Banglore office but have not got any proper solution.

I wiil share my Current and previous PF details as under. After investigating with Gurgaon office , I was informed that my claim has been settled and check has already been sent to RPFC Bangalore,

This is Siddharth nayak one of the frequent flyers in your airlines.I had a very bad experience with your airlines on 13th of march 2010.I boarded flight IT-3445,my PNR :FVMGQA.I had luggages of weight 50kg,for which I paid extra 6425.00.The thing is when I reached bhubaneswar on same day I found my luggages were missing.I was totally shocked and I was mentally disturbed and harrased as those luggages were very very important for me and my family.After an hour I realised my luggages wrere alloted to Shanti nayak having pnr number :PRFXOM.This mishandling was done by king fisher people.After 3 to 4 hours I got to know my luggges where sent to Nagpur.Due to this mishandling done by your executives made me mentally depressed,and down.I got my luggages back but I wasted 1 day full for getting my luggages ,I need compensation for this as because this delay I missed my important meeting becuase I had very important documents with me.I need a good amount of compensation for this inconvinience done by King fisher.I had lost complete trust with kingfisher,if you see my track record you can find my name in many travels I did.
