Difficulty in booking
Dear Sir,

Sub.: Gas Connection No.22322- Veena Gas Service,
Bharat Nagar,OKhla NFC,New Delhi.


We face severe problems in booking our cylinder as we are normally not able to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. This problem is existing for the last one year.

Despite repeated complaints the agency is not improving its service.

Hi,

I am not sure wwhy Mathikere has not been given any volvo buses from Majestic. There even no volvo buses from any other important areas eg. Electronic City, Shivajinagar. The only volvo bus given is to ITPL which is of no use because it goes round and round over hole Bangalore to reach ITPL.

If its not possible to provide a Volvo bus till ITPL, or Electronic City, atleast a Volvo bus should be provided from Mathikere (or Jallahali via Mathikere) to Majestic. This will help many people. Many people hold Volvo pass but they are not able to utilize it properly. There are lot of people in Mathikere who ill travel in these buses because there is a huge crowd for Mathikere. I am sorry to say, but Volvo buses have been provided from Majest to many areas viz Hebbal, in hich most of the seats are empty but no vlovos for Mathikere. This looks like an unfair treatment

People who are looking for BPO career be carefull.Never Join IBM DAKSH Bangalore.They treat you like slaves.If a normal working time is 9 hrs they make you work for 12 hrs.Dont expect awsome package,incentives and night shift allowance from them even if you are working in night shift.

Join any BPO's but not IBM DAKSH.

Dont spoil your career....

I had three numbers on my name. [protected] [protected] [protected] . My billing address is R.K. Satya Enclave Nizampet road Kukatpally Hyderabad.

Presently I am staying at Kwality residence Eeswar vilas road Near Nizampet busstop Nizampet Hydernagar Hyderabad. On 6th oct all of a sudden we lost the signals on our mobiles (Airtel) None of the people in and around this area ( Kwality residence Eeswar vilas road Near nizampet busstop Nizampet Hydernagar Hyderabad) had the Airtel network ( No signals). I do stay in this area from past 6 months. I never faces this signal problems before in this area. It happened all of a sudden. I have given the complaint to your customer care many times regarding the same issue.

Moreover they have given me the resolution date to be maximum of Oct 15th.
Please check your records for this issue. We were really facing lots of problems if there is no network coverage. Hope you people might be knowing well if there is no network. But you people give the publicity like AP s largest network. This is what you mean the largest network

I can wait until 15th Oct or even 22nd Oct to get the issue resolved. But when I called today and spoke to your manager Mallika regarding the same issue she now tells me the issue will take another 90 days more to resolve the issue. This is really hilarious if it takes really 90 days more. I can only wait of 10 more days to get the problem rectified. If this is more than 10 days (not crossing oct22nd). Please do cancel all my 3 accounts with airtel. And definitely I will suggest other members in my area to go for other service providers cancelling the existing airtel numbers. Just believe if you loose minimum 40-50 customers from my side. Hope 40-50 customers might not be huge number for you people. Loosing a customer is quite so easy getting a customer is very hard.

My intention is
1) I need to know what exactly happening on our area with your network
2) What kind of steps your network team had taken
3) Do you have any contact mail-id or phone numbers of your network team
4) Please provide your Managers mail-id or phone number...
5) The date when it will be resolved ( If more than 10 days I take my own
steps)

I need all these questions to be answered. And I will appreciate your work if this issue gets resolved in the specified time mentioned by ME.

I was trying the Banglore PFO phone. no. since long time but shame to say the no. is not working since long time. I have applied for merging of my previous PF amount in to existing PF account in the month of March.2009.

Surprise to see, the PF of Govt. office's are not able to maintain their phone lines since long time. The staff is also not workable to reply on emp. question & queries.

Will Central Govt. PF dept. take it forward & necessary action on Karnatka PF dept.

I, Sudhir Kumar Shah, an Ex-employee of IBM DAKSH Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd, Millenium Tower II, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata-91, Employee ID - 41996, PF a/c # WB/CA/45000/0255, have personally submitted the PF withdrawal form by duly filling it up with Kolkata, Millenium Centre Office in the month of April 2009. However, even after several follow ups, no body has bothered to take any step towards fulfillment of the same.

Therefore I request you to take up the matter with IBM Daksh, Kolkata, Millenium Centre Office and kindly reply with the status of the same.

I resigned on 9 - Jan 2008 from IBM Daksh 444 , Udyog Vihar, Phase-V Gurgaon and submitted documents for EPF clearance on 27 April, 2009 at EPF Building in Gurgaon. Till date I have been checking EPF status online and it always shows Claim Not Received by office.

Please let me know when I am supposed to get the cliaim as I mentioned my SBI account number for the same.

Hi,
I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on 16th July 2009 to the EPF Office, Bangalore . I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into provided bank account number

I have tried calling the EPF Office, Bangalore on the contact phone number provided by the employer[protected]/[protected], but un-able to reach anyone on these numbers.

According to my company they informed me that they have processed my Forms and had filed with the PF Office for Settlement on 28/04/2009, since the settlement will be done by the PF Office. PF Account Number with IBM for the status is PF Number:KN/BN/19214/48733

IBM will not be able to help in finding the status of settlement as the process managed and owned by RPFC Office which is a Government body, the status will not be shared to IBM due to confidentiality. Hence, I request you to consider this.

In Domlur 7th Cross, 5th Main Raod areas have a huge population of stray dogs. There're 50 dogs in this densely populated area and are a menace to everyone (especially kids). There're a few who bark furiously at and chase motorists (especially people on motorbikes) causing accidents. Its unsafe for people to tread late in the night as the dogs forms groups and turn ferocious - often attacking humans.

We are scared to send our children to out side for playing. We reqeuest BBMP to look into issue and catch these dogs.

IBM CEIS is a really really fake course. They charge us a lot for training, student are misguided about placement by the institute and even by the guys sitting at banglore IBM. Their are no parter companies for placement as told to the student (like TCS, HCL, WIPRO).

The certificate given is like a school dance competition which do not contain any ID or serial number (to confirm your identity for certification) and their is no url on internet to show your certification even if they told you that this is global certification.

This certification costs not only money but gives lot of frustration and worries about job.

I left my last job for doing top 'O' grade (80-100%), it was and is top score till now in delhi/ncr, even my batch's second highest score was 61% only. Even then I didn't get any support neither from IBM nor from my institute 'STG' at kalkaji. I lost my last job just because of this crap couse which I believed a lot, just because of the brand name 'IBM'.

I request to everyone, don't go for such crap course and waste money. If you really want to do certification go for Microsoft or Oracle certification, at least they give you ID or serial number on certificates which cann't be duplicate and also give you internet url as you are globly certified and any company can see your certification.

Hi there,

I worked in IBM Daksh BPO Pvt Ltd for more then 2 years and recently left it I was told it would take 45 days for the letter to be received it has been more then 100 days and i have still not received the letter. I had sent emails to their HR from June and they say they are not able to find my address, which is not true since I receive all my documents on the given address. Just few days back they said it was received by someone at my residence which is not true since I was at home and no such letter is received. I have sent them an email about this once again, but I think these are some tricks of theirs.

My issue is same as many other guys who already submitted their complaints. I happened to see this site now and so mentioning mine. My x-company IBM has already submitted all the required documents, but till now there was no response or the money is deposited. We don't know whom to contact and how to contact, since no one takes responsibility in this office (or for that matter, any government office). My only question is that, if no one looks at these complaints, then why the hell do we have these forums/websites? I am placing my complaint here so that others can also see what is happening and hopefully if there is anyone in these government departments who are not CORRUPTED and who does their job perfectly will atleast look at these and try to help people.

The only person who is getting profited, is the one who developed such a lovely website where there are confirmation codes and excellent validations etc !!

I was an employee of IBM. Have requested the company to withdraw my PF amount.
IBM have send the request to PF office on 01/04/2009, but I have not yet recieved the amount. I tried to contact the office but no response.
