Hi All,

I joined IBM on May 2021 and I paid income tax of 173k which is deducted in my salary and the same is mentioned in pay slips.
But In my form 16 IBM mentioned tax amount deducted as 43k. They didn’t mentioned Q1 and Q2 deducted tax in Form 16.

Now from the past one month, I am requesting IBM to provide my revised FORM16 but no one is responding over the mail. I didn’t found any HR contact to connect.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

As per discussion with my Delivery manager and Resource manager
about early release from the company, Agree to waved off the notice period and unserved notice period basic pay will pay, But I have not received basic pay unserved notice period which they agreed and it is not reflected in Full and Final settlement.

It's been 9 years I am chasing for Tax Refund duering my visit to Onshore. No one gave me any any information however stopped replying to me . Finally Mr Martin told me the refund was paid in 2018 which was a lie. He paid my refund however I want the compensation for not providing the info on time and lying to me. During this i was desrespectes by Ms Shanthi .

I have completed my interview on march and they have send the offer letter on April 8 the interview was taken by Rupali sharma, Sunil Kumar Joshi IT Hr, nd he has introduced so one he is daylong that he is your team lead Pratyusha, Ishan he has introduced actually After completed of my interview they said that it’s back door u have to pay 80000–/- still now he is saying that ur job is there and Monday is your joining he is saying pl punish that type of candidates who are conducting the fake interviews and I was depressed about this and they are the people who cheated me a lot if we are calling to him he is saying that he is in meeting or I was busy he is saying plz punish him 😭😭

I am Aachri Tyagi, i was the part of Kyndryl in Aecom process and my last working day was on 4 June 2022. I was not informed earlier that i won't be able to access my system after the midnight of 4 June. And my access was taken. What I was told is that after 24 hours of 4 June, access will be taken. Means, i will have the access of the system by the midnight of 5 June. I was prepared and everything was planned. But it didn't happen and i couldn't access my system anymore and my crucial data is still there. I need the data at earliest and ready to do everything for it.
I raised the request on the very next day to my manager, to IT helpdesk. They told me to contact Device team, then I contacted Device team, then Device team told me to ask my manager to contact HR team. Then HR team told my manager to contact some other team. And My manager did it. All this process took 5 days already. They told that encryption key needs to be generated which is possible only when ID will be activated that HR can do it. Now today, after 5 days, still I'm on the same page when I were on Monday. No support at all I have received from anyone from Kyndryl.

One of my friend is working in IOCL project, he joined as a fresher in Noida branch as a finance practitioner. Now it's been 6 months, his manager is misbehaving with him and always threaten him about the job. They didn't help him in the training, they are playing with IBM'S policy and has created their own policy. Friends mother is in a very bad health condition, and the managers have told him that he cannot take leave because project don't have more manpower and not having budget. In a very hard situation he have requested a leave then his manager said that we will deduct your salary because he is taking a leave. IOCL project manager don't give them a break for lunch too and let their team work for more than 14 hrs while working from office. My friend don't have any access of company's tools as well where he can check his salary and payslips and get to know about IBM'S benefits. They don't make them aware about the benefits and policies of IBM. Main thing is how can they deduct salary for taking a leave when IBM has a very good leaves policy. I would request IBM to pls check how these people are not treating their employees well. IBM is known for branding but managers are worse.

I received call from Naukri.com on 24.5.2022([protected]) and he directed the call to IBM hr and they conducted interview also they send offer letter. They asked me to pay certain amount on some basis and I paid rs.3500 as application charges, rs.6500 as document charges, rs.15500 as GST process & finally rs.25500 as verification charges(sum of rs.51000 which i paid in total). Again on another day one person called ([protected]) from courier department and they asked rs.20k on 25.5.2022 only on that time i suspected that its fake & didn't response again. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible & inform me. Thank you

This is regarding my IBM application status. I cleared my tech round and PDM round for SAP EWM specialist position on 19th Apr '22 and got positive feedback. Also I filled background verification form that was cleated as per the HR word and submitted it on 05th May, but i did not hear anything about my application status till date.
when I check the status in ibm career portal it is still showing Current status: Application Received.

it's been more than 4 weeks and still waiting for offer letter from IBM. Thanks for your time.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a work experience of three years. I worked with IBM hyderabad from Jan 21st 2021 to June 22nd 2021. I wanted to do higher studies hence I was unemployed after that. After completion of 2 months o[censored]nemployment I tried to withdraw my PF amount due to some financial support. I tried to initiate the withdrawal online from the EPFO website and the claim got rejected. I submitted multiple claims trying to figure out the reason but I didn't understand the reason for rejection even after I followed all the steps mentioned on the website https://ibmindiaseparations.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/[protected]Submitting-...⇄ I tried to reach IBM to understand the main cause of rejection, unfortunately they have been dragging the issue since past 10 months. I talked to some of the IBM support ([protected]@in.ibm.com) regarding the same they asked for the submission of EPS Annexure K form from my previous employer i.e Cisco. But I have no contributions for the EPS in Cisco and I was not a member hence my previous employer said that they transferred my PF amount to IBM and can't issue an EPS Annexure K form since I was not a member and have no contributions. I conveyed the same to IBM support but instead of trying to help me they kept on replying the same message again and again to talk to previous organization. IBM support is not trying to help but instead trying to drag the issue. There was one person named Prajwal S., he was the one who was dealing my case, I have asked him many times to transfer my case to some senior or higher authority but he ignored all and kept on replying something unrelated rather than the solution. I request someone to help me resolve this issue.

I have requested IBM to either create my PF account or transfer the fund to my PF account.
I am not in India and I kept mailing them since February.
They asked me for the documents to be mailed/couriered which I did.
Then again no response, I keep on sending emails and they say they are working on it and communicated to team. I will be notified when it is done.

Now more than 2 months already and still at square 1. I am not sure if the team has too much load or they are not efficient to process the simple request.

I am working with other companies to do that and they have done it in less than a month. Only IBM is not helping in anyway.

Very disappointing and frustrating.

This is Sirisha. I would like to warn you about interviews conducted by your organization. Candidates are faking their profiles with fake documents and arranging proxy during the interview. I would like to request you to observe carefully. Otherwise worthy candidates would miss the opportunity.

I know a profile named Koyyala Posi Babu who is giving such fake interviews and completed the TR. Be cautious.

Please look into this and may the worthy candidate get the opportunity.

cleared all the rounds of interview and informed that my joining is on may 16th.

I'am 2019, MTech graduate, when HR asked me about the gap after 2019, I submitted all the details I have

I have a pf statement, relieving letter, bank statement, and id card.
All the docs which I submitted were completely genuine. But the concerned recruiter is not satisfied with the documents. I am willing to undergo any sort of background check from IBM.

As I got a confirmation call from IBM, I even rejected the other company offer in my hand.

Hi I got IBM offer Letter almost it took 15days to get and then before that only I resigned from my company as they informed me that I will get offer so on 5th may it's onboarding date and today 4th may last working day in my company but today they told me in BGV my company failed in verification how they can say because they all should check before providing offer letter I do agree with policies but they can't play with my job life I resigned because of them and now a day before joining they told this

The interviewer is totally ill mannered and insulting the candidates. He is presuming something and saying . I totally understood the course of action you are going to take here but he is totally not a person who shall communicate for IBM.
It is creating a purely an negative impression on the organisation and its management.

Tips for the interviewer : there is no such documents found in the whole world where there is everything that you will ask it knows and it will show and if you are asking questions that people can set in a document and refer to it during the interview then it shows you need to upgrade not the candidate.

An HR "Mitali.[protected]@ibm.com" from IBM called me and initiated my interview process with IBM. After one round she asked me for my original documents by mail. After I have mailed her the docs, she called me and started misbehaving. She started shouting at me and using improper abusive language. Later she cut down the call and canceled the Interview.

If the organization doesn't wish to move further with the interview process then why should you ask people for their documents? It's the wrong way to conduct. How can you ensure me my documents will not be used for some other business? Is it the way HR of an organization should behave to job pursuer? Misusing her position in a reputed organization and abusing a candidate? This is totally unacceptable.
