Dear Bro, and Complaint board, The image posted above is my Offer letter image, which i recieved from the official ID of adithiya.s*****@in.ibm.com, Please do remove the image immediately as it will create problem in my joining in the upcoming month. This is my Kind request. For us in the final round of Interview, the Hr video was visible and while certification was also visible. We didnt had any issues as posted by you. we are waiting for our virtual induction on 5th August Wednesday.and Virtual Training starting on 14th August.I am also one of the candidate involved in this drive from Feb 2020. I ahve also paid 500+ 2500 as refundable deposit. But am happy as i got my offer letter and the verification is also over. If you personally wanna have any discussion you can mail me in [protected]@gmail.com. you may have misunderstandings, but dont use others names in public platforms. I hope sir would have posted nearly 15 offer letter in his status, why particularly mine you have posted. My kind request please remove it immeditaely.

Dear Sunil, you can check in IBM blogs. It's clearly written they don't provide any such drive's asking for any amount to be paid by candidates.
Few questions i have for you:
1. How many rounds you had? and if there were more than 2, was this guy is the only one taking all rounds?
2. How come so called "HR-Recruiter" can take HR as well as Technical round?

He asked you for 500/-, then 2000/-, i'm sure he's waiting for you to pay more in sake of some [censored] deposit.
You can check in site. This is the actual National Career forum by Govt. of India for candidates looking for job. There is no such drives by IBM for Software development engineer. My question is if there's no such drive by govt, then whom this guy is paying your money. Even this govt site don't ask for any money.

There has been many such cases in IBM where candidates are provided with fake offer letter and at the time of joining they got to know that no offer letter were issued by IBM. Those where fake offer letters. You can google it if you don't believe.

The so called "HR-Recruiter" communicating through his gmail account? doesn't he sounds suspicious?
Why he's hiding his official id? If he don't want to publish his official id. Then why he's taking drive as HR-Recruiter. Isn't that main job of HR-Recruiter to hire the employee? letting them know your official id so then you communicate with them? I have never seen any HR-Recruiter using gmail account for hiring candidates.

Have you noticed, the same guy is signing your offer letter. I have been in many MNC's and i'm pretty much sure no HR-Recruiter sign on behalf of Manager.

Don't fall for such fraud's. we are in IT field. we'll see such guy's in every steps of our career. Always identify the other person before trusting them for your money.

From morning 9 .a.m to 5.00 p.m is our training schedule. It was so cool being first day. Hope this turns out to be a long Journey. Thanks for your time and concern posting your advise.

I am Priya Kumari 2018 Batch pass out student from IT department, I am in this process from Feb, 20 . i was also selected in this process, and i have completed my virtual induction yesterday & from today training started for our batch. Yesterday induction was conducted by group of Hr's and Our trainers were been introduced to us . The Induction and training is now being held in the official LOgin of IBM in ZOOM.

You believe or not, Its your own wish.
This is a public platform, I am a girl I never had any harassment or any type of misbehavior with our HR. if you have any issues you should speak with the person directly, Not using social platforms.
I don't know Sunil till yesterday, But he was also from the same process. You would have been in this process for minimum 3 months? Is there any HR helped with even a single material? you can expect reply from our other batch people too. I know the pain i have faced in this 2 years where i was not in a position to get a chance atleast. Now in this period me and my family is happy as at least i am employed now.

I know they asked for security deposit or original marks card submition or 2 years bond, which IBM won't ask at all.

So if you feel they are genuine please share their official mail IDs and I don't think you will face issue in this.

Since none o[censored]s had officials commitment to prove this issue right, I mailed to IBM Team and highlighted this issue.

To those who are claiming to be selected by this drive,
I would appreciate if you can provide some ss to proof your words. so that this point can be cleared.
Like i shared a mail from Official IBM Team regarding this issue.(You can check the sender ID it's from [email protected]). I tried to get all conversation but i though the response matters the most. I know some of you will demand for whole conversation, so PFA for my request mail which i sent to IBM Team along with that fraud HR mail.

Now i guess few of you might believe. and for those who still think they got the job.

This pandemic time is used my frauds well.
I also lost 500. IBM not ask for money for hire candidate .

Please note that the locations he specify in his mail. IBM has no campus in Trivandrum city.

Also the LinkedIn profile link is no longer available.
It is not a right way that any professionals who hide their LinkedIn profile.

In the technical round in Skype he didn't ask technical questions.
He send some questions from a same website.Anyone can refer it from Google.IBM not conduct interview like this.

The format of mail is not good.he send his mail from his id.
He send selected candidates list in technical round via WhatsApp.
No company send the details via WhatsApp or Skype.

He also send personal matters in WhatsApp that he serve good thing to the society. He send some photos cars, bikes.
He send photos from desktop that is taken by phone.

All who read this think wisely, refer this positions is present in IBM official career page.
Refer IBM policy share in their websites.

I request everyone to post this fraud along with his photo in every social platforms and those who are in contact of any kind of law enforcement or you know any people working in law enforcement, please complaint in law enforcement, we are not getting fooled anymore nor let these 420 people to fool our next generations .

This is the guy who cheated us in the name of IBM and even misbehaved with the girls like sexual harrasment and asked for 10k to release the fake offer letter.

Yes, adi.hr.ibm is froud hr. IBM never conduct a simple interview like this on skype, even on update a fake status from taking selfies with FRESHERS and tell oters that they have already joined. This man is pure fake ad froud. also got the same mail but didnt pay a single amount.

Firstly to provide job they are not even employees of ibm and offer they gave you is a so funny for technical job that too in IBM they posted no criteria for percentage and any degree without technical background for Developer and testing profile that was very funny and next i[censored] don't know anything about the technology also you will definitely selected for 3 rounds also you write whatever you want without knowing anything you will select for next rounds. After selection of first round they ask you to pay 500 for material which was very useless and then they started there dramas after final round 2500 after that for laptop 7-15k which is very foolish and they said about document verification which that will never happened and you can simply waste your time and money everything by trusting this bloody frauds. As I got offer letter, and I relieved from my previous company to join IBM. At last moment IBM has declined my offer letter and told reason document is not cleared. but now iam jobless, please help on it. I have shared all my genuine do document.
