Hi team

A person named Soudar Adi Narayana is conducting interviews through Skype where I received mail as openings in IBM for Software Engineer domain saying reply with profile details in Skype.

Soudar Adi Narayana will reply in skype by scheduling first round of interview and he conduct first round of interview through Skype call and sending questions to answer.He replys after 1day saying selected for second and final round and ask to pay 500 rs for the committee as Interview process .So I paid and before taking second round he says 1 week we should reply to the questions posted in his what's app no to crack second and final round.So I was answering each questions posted by him and he will schedule a second and final round.

Same as earlier person named Soudar Adi Narayana will call in Skype for the second round and send some questions to answer which I did . After a day he says selected for final HR round and schedule a call where he will again call and asks "Tell about yourself" . Finally he will send mail saying selected for Software Engineer in IBM and asks to pay 2500 as a refundable caution deposit since drive is organised by NCF which I paid.

Now I am waiting for the offer letter from 2nd September 2020 which he sent mail as selected.Also I am chatting him in skype asking for offer letter he is not even replying.

So my dear friends please don't get fool like me .He is playing with job seekers career life and wasting our valuable time and 3000 rs.Also for ur reference I have attached screenshots of mail he sent.
I kindly request for the IBM organization team to take action against Soudar Adi Narayana where he is still active in skype and still doing the same process and wasting job seekers time and money.

Overall 10k demanded, I paid 3k after that I came to know about fraudings. I'm having his WhatsApp number not responding but keeping status like vacancy is there send resume like that please take this seriously do something. Many who in a society hunting for jobs may get depressed.

The same issue has happened with me for hr adi saudar narayanan he have asked for 2500 rs on upi. Asked many selfies saying half visible n all. Why ibm is not taking any action on such fraudsters? Its all about playing with people's minds, its about career of young generations. Really a bad experience on name of ibm!!

Soudar adi narayana deeming himself as ibm hr. And have conducted virtual interview from past 1 months in the name of hr ibm. At first he asked for rs.500, then he conducted written test, technical round and hr round and now after hr round i got msg as i got selected as software tester in ibm. And asking me to pay another 2500 rs. I got suspicious and just checked in internet. Many complaints were raised against ibm for that. They are saying that our company policies are genuine and we won't money for interview. It's ok. Then why would ibm let them using their name. Everybody and every student doesn't pay that hard earned money for. Some random hr. The trust and good name in company makes us to pay. Please i request ibm to take care of those things. My mother and every one in house is very happy because they think i got selected in ibm. I came to know that this is fake. Atmost. How can i face my friends and family now. Then i have to say i got cheated in the name of job. They will laugh at me. And family will be disappointed.

Hi, one of my female friend received call from mr. Soudar adi for manual testing position in ibm. He took fake interview. After that he asked for her selfies. She sent it. And now he's asking for nude pics.

I request you to take serious action about it and if you want i can give you his contact number as well.

Mr. Soudar adi narayana posting the job openings in naukri, monster etc platforms nad mentioning the whatsapp number in job description. When the candidate messaged to him through whatsapp. He is asking details and selfie of the candidate. Parallelly he is keeping status of candidates who are completed final round. He is playing tricks on job seekers who are not trusting him. He is continuously giving update on scheduling interview through whatsapp messages. Once he schedule the skype call in that asking tell me about yourself questions and he is giving 30 questions multiple choice and one question based on the technology what candidate selected. On next day he is sending mail to candidate that dear candidate your re shortlisted and content about job. And asking 500/- for organizing committee mentioned that that is refundable after final round selection. Ibm please restrict these kind of fraud fellows. He is playing with all un employment guys.

I got a call from safe and secure team saying there are hiring freshers for IBM
They took 8000 rs and sent one fake job offer letter
And now again asking for 35000 insurance money before joining
This is when I felt there is something fishy and when we contacted the consultancy girl back she is not responding and saying it would take 5-6 months for them to return

Is IBM doing this fake business as well?
If not request you to take care of this as it concerns the organization's reputation

Please give me a call back if you think company's reputation would affect a lot bcz of this.
I have all the details of the emails, calls and transaction details with all call recordings

Let me know if I can share all the details as well.
This is really a fake business going on in the name of IBM, harassing and looting the money.
I urge you to take this seriously and give me a call back so that we together can stop this and save the reputation of the company as well as stop this fake business as well

I received a mail of ibm job opening overmail with url of a job portal. Here it mentioned to apply for job send recent selfie and details over whatsapp number +[protected]. Then I received a message to share same details and selfie over whatsapp again and skype live:adhi.hr.ibm in which I shared details. Later I received an interview message over Skype with date and time which was unusually set @7pm to 11pm Friday 28aug 2020. On 26th aug 2020 I received a msg over whatsapp saying interview is preponed to 27 aug 2020 and share your name, selfie and time slot details on whatsapp and skype for confirmation, I shared the details. On 27 aug 2020 I attended the interview over Skype I could onle hear the persons voice and his video was shown as blue colour. The interview barely took 3 mins and he sent me aptitude test, which I completed and sent him @5 pm. @12.30 I received a mail from soudar.[protected]@gmail.com that i am shortlisted and for further process I have to pay rs 500 which is refundable deposit to [protected]@indus,
director.[protected]@okaxis which I did not pay.

It seems to be a scam and I would like to bring this to your notice.

My wife is going through serious of mental problems. She is going through torture from her lady manager.
My wife is highly talented, knowledgeable person and she is a quick leaner too. She has good lot of appreciation for her work from higher management.
She also participated in IBM ceo India function and has won prize as well.
Her lady manager is torturing her from the day her fellow team mates informed manager that she is least responsible with work.
Currently me n my wife is going through financial problems.manager informed other teammates saying that she is going to terminate her wife of no reason.
My wife used extend her timings at work and she used to cover her all pending task and make sure she completes it by time.

I need justice and current covid condition in India it's difficult to get a job soon.
M6 wife is probation period and has completed 10 months working for IBM bangalore.

Request your help on the same and let me what could be done.

Asking to pay 500₹ indian national rupees (Inr) for interview process under ministry of labour and employment of government of india. I request government of india and ibm india pvt ltd collectively make a operation and arrest the person and stop the scam of recruitment, wastage of time and money of innocent job seekers in the field.

I have got an email from this mail id "adhi. Hr. [protected]@gmail.com" hat my resume is shortlisted for software trainee engineer from that day he communicated with me on whatsapp ([protected]) for further interview rounds instructions.
He took 3 rounds of interview with different dates and he had never show his face in the face-face interview in all the 3 rounds. Infact, each time he mailed me through above unofficial id. After the first round of interview he mailed me regarding shortlisted information for the final discussion on that mail he told me to pay rs 500 which is the refundable amount. So i paid him, then after the 3rd round he mailed me regarding selection information and procedure for collecting offer letter on that mail he again told me to pay rs 2500 which is also a refundable then the total amount of rs 3000 is refundable with my first salary. This time i didn't pay any amount as i was in a doubt whether he is fraud or not. So to confirm that i saw ibm official website that they don't hire any person/agency to conduct recruitment on their behalf and also ibm doesn't sent offer letter on email instead they upload the offer letter on the candidate portal on ibm website. He is also not refunding the rs 500 amount.
Kindly take strict action against this person (His email and whatsapp number mentioned above) so that freshers like me don't fall prey to such people and can save their time and money.

Hello sir/madam i am received an offer letter from ibm and when i enquired about i came to know its really fake why such consultancies are encouraged by giving fake offer letters.

They are doing the wrong working in which higher management is included named manisha sharma, amit sharma, kapil arora, build team (Sagar gandhi), backup team, i am an ex employee worked in airtel africa project, i have informed you earlier for the same, my id 2356194... Take the strict action against them, they are doing the wrong server build which is un ethical and dangerous for india

What we do?

Hi i got selected for technical support engineer for banglore location so it is very common to hold multiple offers now a days when i received offer from ibm after few days i received from one more organisation when i informed this to my hr she behaved rudely and asked me never join ibm which is not professional and even did not lick my calls neither helped me and today is my joining date and due to her ego and unprofessional way im unable to join. I need justice due to her i lost my job.

In this website one person call for me. He telling u apply for job. Just you pay 29 rs for application form and also he tell it is a online payment. So i pay the amount through online, but he cheated and 2000rs debited for my account. The cheated person phone number is [protected]. After i call this number. He attend my phone call and he say sry mam it's my company mistake. I refund your account number. I gave my account number and i call that person he can't any response my phone call. And the cheated person my phone would be blocked. Again and again i try this number but the number is busy. He could not any response for me. So i complaint this site.
