Is anyone ethical and responsible in ibm or you all are flocks of cheaters???
I have been requesting and emailing, also called up mr. Nishant who is i believe behind auto swapping of my credit card without my permission..
If you guys ll not take immediate action i shall be reaching to your highest authority.. As well file an fir against ibm and mr. Nishant for fraud and cheating case.. For swapping my credit card without my permission..
Remain informed that the credit card is linked to mobile no and without i giving you otp.. You legally can't swap the card..
And because you have done so... Hence it's a clear case o[censored]nethical hacking, it fraud and banking fraud.
This is my last reminder to you all.
Take action asap by reverting my payment or otherwise i ll reach out to technology crime branch for this fraud.

I have been complaining about swapping of my credit card ending 6003 wrongly and without my permission for spss mac ver. On 21st feb.2018.
Now can i expect expedite the issue and refund my amount.

I student of iim fpm - industry program and managing director for kasturi group purchased, spss for mac in december’201 month for practice purpose.
While placing the order i was given assurance by your sales rep that, once monthly count will complete my subscription will be de-activated, which i can activate in future whenever i need.
Unfortunately, your company outlet swapped my credit card, without informing me on 21st feb.’2018.
I request you to solve this matter asap. I’m not using spss mac ver. And don’t want to continue the subscription for now.
I have been requesting to return the amount you have swapped. It’s not about the amount but the unethical behaviour which has pushed me write.
I hope to get things sorted out asap.

I’m equally surprised that you are writing an email and trying to highlight a issue which i never mentioned. Probably irma, you ned to check first the subject line, before writing to your user an email which has no relation to the subject line itself.
I hope you are clear with what i have questioned? Not what your understanding is. And expecting faster refund of my money.
