IBPS — Regarding my transaction for CWE-clerical 2015

I had paid my examination fee on 17 august 2015 at 5:28 pm.I had got a conformation message on my mobile that 606 rupees had debited from my account.But ibps website showed that transaction was unsuccessful due to some reasons.When i contacted ibps they told me tthat i will get back this amount after 10-15 days in my account and i have to pay the fee once again.However the next attempt was successful, but i have not got the amount of my first attempt which got debited from my bank account.Its more than a month now.please reply. contact no-[protected]
