Sir, I'd applied for IBPS RRB Officer (Scale - I)on June, 25, but when I'd submitted my application Fee of Rs. 850 on 27 june, then amount got debited from my bank but on the website it said, "the transaction you last attempted was not completed". Later when i went to cyber cafe for the payment, then payment was successfully submitted . But for the same application I paid 2 times as it was the last day for the application, so kindly refund the paytm money that was debited. I raised an issue at paytm for the same but it is saying that this could only be resolved from merchant site. I'm attaching the screenshot of the transaction details below. Please check it .
