I placed an order of Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattri i8552 on 27/01/2014 after making online payment of Rs. 13, 895/- through dejavutrends.com. After a week of placement of order I started follow up on phone calls and e-mails to check status of shipping and delivery. I have been given false promises everytime and I have inquired the address of company office located in Mumbai (Address as mentioned on website), but there is no such office at the said address. It has been more than a 45 days since the order placement, but they have not delivered the product. I want refund of full amount as I don't think they are going to deliver the product.
