ICA — Not transfer my teaching centre

I am student of ICA education skill gurugram old DLF student. My husband job is transferred to sonipat. i have to shift there I am requesting ICA head office Bengal to transfer my training centre gurugram to pitampura ICA centre that will be nearest to me but institute is denying because I have paid full amount of fees . From sonipat to gurugram distance will be 97 kms and From sonipat to pitampura distance will be 35 kms .
