I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration with ICCACO. My recent experience with the company has been extremely unsatisfactory and raises serious concerns about its business practices.
ICCACO advertises itself as offering 3-4 star hotel accommodations. However, the service we received fell well short of this standard, barely meeting 2-star quality. Despite paying ₹1 lakh upfront for a 5-year package, we were asked for an additional ₹1740 upon arrival. While this was mentioned at the time of booking, the property shown was Taj, Leela Tamara, with promises of similar resorts, which were never provided.
Moreover, the contract we received days after making the payment included numerous clauses that were not disclosed during the booking process. This mismatch between what was promised and the terms of the contract is misleading and deceptive. The marketing was clearly misleading, and the quality of the service was subpar, reflecting a pattern of false advertising and poor customer service.
Attempts to address these issues through customer service have been unsuccessful, with no responses to our inquiries or efforts to resolve our concerns. This lack of support, combined with the misleading contract and inadequate accommodation, suggests that ICCACO is engaging in fraudulent practices.
Under these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the amount paid. The service provided did not meet the promised standards and has severely disrupted our travel plans. This is not the first time I am seeking a refund; previous assurances that the service would improve have proven false.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and issue a full refund. Additionally, I recommend warning others about ICCACO’s deceptive practices and advising them to avoid engaging with this company.
